First concern is that my pets medication was not looked at since it was dropped off at check in. The staff was told that my smaller dog had just gotten prescribed his medication for a severe ear infection. The staff was told that his mother had already started the first two days of medication and showed the staff the schedule on the back of the paperwork to make things easier for Pet Paradise. We have used this place many times for boarding with no issues, however our experience this past weekend was beyond awful. We dropped our healthy happy cat off Wednesday afternoon, we occasionally checked the webcams and noticed that our cat was not acting like her normal self. We checked our dog in last Wednesday with the intention of picking her up at 12:45 Monday Morning based on there offering 24/7 pickup and delivery. We were 35 minutes late because of plane delayed and no one was there. They informed us by text Sunday night if we were over 30 minutes late that no one would be there and we would have to come back the next day.We live in St. Augustine over an hour away. I am extremely dissatisfied with the care my dog, Prince Remy, received at this facility. When I picked him up, I noticed he was completely wet, which was not limited to just his paws as the attendant initially claimed. His entire body was soaked, especially his undercarriage, which is highly unusual for him as he's very sensitive to being wet and typically avoids it. Your precious pet will be left alone, if boarding for at least 11 hours, with no adults to be found! Was lead to believe, by staff members, there is a night shift who oversee the dogs in the facilities care. Only to learn that the dogs are left alone, in an isolated room from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM the next day. There is no emergency contact number, just a non-manned answering machine. In the past I would have recommended this facility to anyone with a pet as I have spent thousands of dollars boarding my 9 year old Labrador here since moving to the area. But I do not recommend the New Day vet, their staff or Dr. Borkowski. This past week I noticed 2 new lumps/masses on my dog and immediately made an appt for 4:30pm today. I had all three of my dogs here for almost two weeks. Two of my dogs they did not feed accordingly with medications and two dogs dropped weight. They even returned their uneaten food swearing they fed them both of my little dogs lost weight. Misty the manager swore they were fed my dogs will never return to this place. And by the way not all pet paradise is like this I I used sarasota for years and loved them just be aware of this one.

Don't use their vet servicesservices! They gave my dogs meds with the same ingredient as a prior med they knew caused a severe reaction and claim no responsibility for both dogs now suffering for months. They pretend to be sympathetic while lying about what can only be seen as poisoning. They knew the ingredients and didn't think it would be an issue when it's their job to know. Although my dogs love PetParadise, for this "airport location" to not be 24 hours is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they changed to normal business hours because of COVID reasons, but to be quite frank, COVID is spreadable in the nighttime as well, so there is no reason to change from 24 hours especially for an airport location. My flight got in 1 hour early and we had set a "pickup time" at 8pm.
