Don't be fooled by 'airport location'. they don't operate like an airport location. I had an appointment for early dropoff to make an early flight. I showed up as scheduled and the door was locked, a note saying to not ring the doorbell nor knock on the door. We have used the Boarding side of Pet Paradise at this location and recommend. They also have a vet service that has the yearly plan. The vet believes if the dog, in my case, is in fear of being treated then they refuse service for that day and recommend drugs or sedation. If you disagree, and have overpaid on your subscription then there is no refund. If you have underpaid then they will seek payment. Basically beware that you are at the mercy of the vet when it comes to your payment plan.

My dog will never be back!!!!! When my husband went to pick up our dog and saw his wounds, he asked what happened... and no one had any idea!!! They said he may have gotten into a fight in the yard without us seeing! WTF??? I pay a lot of money for my dog to be in their care. They didn't see a fight or even notice his wounds when putting him back in his room... or when bringing him out to go home. They obviously pay no attention to the pets in their care!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS. My cat came back from a 5 day stay starved and sick. I understand that cats can be difficult when eating and I'm sure an unfamiliar environment does not help. I could tell he was very malnourished and congested. He showed no signs of any sickness before I dropped him off at Pet Paradise. He continued to not eat and his symptoms worsened upon bringing him home from the kennel. So, I took him to the vet and they said he contracted a parasite from the kennel. Please do not leave your babies here!!!! The employees here treat this like any other hourly job. It's incredibly disheartening when you pick up your dog with an injury and they cannot tell you how it happened. This wasn't just any kind of injury - this was them rushing my dog to the emergency room, and yet cannot tell me HOW it happened- but they insist they keep a good eye on the dogs. I took my dog there 10 yrs ago, who loved it at first, then became fearful to go then aggressive. I stopped taking him. He never got over his aggression. Trainers believe something happened to him there. I tried to give them another opportunity, thinking 10 yrs later, better staff etc. etc, with a new puppy I have. Absolutely the worse customer service. The manager, Abigail Thompson was condescending and was not helpful. Being the airport location, there should be an understanding of delayed flights. No such thing for them. I was told I was not able to get my animal because I would be pass my pick up time. To find out that know one stays over night with them is extremely disappointing. Crooked/rotten to the core. They overcharge, and don't care about their customers. Made me cry on the phone. If negative stars were a thing, they would get negative stars. Worst vet service I have ever been to, and I have lived in several states with my animals.

I was considering boarding my two large dogs here. I made an appointment date for them to get acquainted with the facilities. I assumed that because I made an appointment they would have adequate staff available for the appointment. I waited 30mins in the lobby before I was helped, and was told that they would get to me when they could and that my dogs could wait in a holding room.
