Extremely professional and reassuring staff with my difficult dog. They listened to my concerns about trimming his nails and were careful to not hurt him while taking enough off of the tops. Affordable and quick service.

I've been using Pet Paradise in Matthews for about a year now. They have been wonderful with my two babies. I'm one of those anxious owners who was very nervous leaving my dogs under someone's care. Everyone at Pet Paradise has been so super sweet and accommodating. I love watching them interact on the camera as well. I like knowing that they are safe. Pretty soon they will start having a full-time veterinarian in there so that will be super convenient!

Pet Paradise Matthews is the best camp and boarding facility in the city of Charlotte and the surrounding areas! They always treat my dog like he is their own! My dog has been using this location for boarding for the last few years and it is hands down our favorite place. It is one of the few places where I can drop my dog off and he doesn't give me a look of abandonment lol. Jax is a senior dachshund with spine issues and they have made sure to keep him with the older/more calm dogs.
