We had to board Brynn & Lily, and it was great! They had playtime and naps, and a bath.
Originally tried Pet Paradise because of location but will be coming here every time we need to board our dog! Sadie had the best time. The facility is so nice and everyone was so kind! Love getting the daily report cards and being able to see Sadie playing!
Thank you to Pet Paradise for taking care of my sweet girl Koa for the last two years. From daycare to boarding she came home each time and I knew she had a blast. From the friendly service to knowing her by name when she came in to even having her as a boarding guest of the month, I knew she was in good hands when I was away. We will miss this team in our relocation to Houston, TX.
I boarded my Yorkie there for a week and they took great care of her! Thanks very much!!

Extremely professional and reassuring staff with my difficult dog. They listened to my concerns about trimming his nails and were careful to not hurt him while taking enough off of the tops. Affordable and quick service.

I've been using Pet Paradise in Matthews for about a year now. They have been wonderful with my two babies. I'm one of those anxious owners who was very nervous leaving my dogs under someone's care. Everyone at Pet Paradise has been so super sweet and accommodating. I love watching them interact on the camera as well. I like knowing that they are safe. Pretty soon they will start having a full-time veterinarian in there so that will be super convenient!

Pet Paradise Matthews is the best camp and boarding facility in the city of Charlotte and the surrounding areas! They always treat my dog like he is their own!
