They are fantastic! Moose is our fur baby and we wouldn't take him just anywhere. We heard great things about this new location and they exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool shaped like a bone! The water is specially treated for dogs. Moose swims all the time and smells so clean when we pick him up. I love how tired he is at the end of the day; I know he played hard and enjoyed his time with other dogs.

We absolutely love Pet Paradise.The suites are clean and the facility is well maintained.I have been keeping my pet since he was 2 years old.The staff is friendly and helpful and make sure they follow all your instructions. They take care good care of your pet and we would recommend this facility to all pet lovers.:)

The employees are all very professional and friendly. Facility is clean. My bull terrier puppy is tired when he comes home, so I think he is getting some good play time in. I like that I can watch the cameras from my mobile phone. Not super easy to catch the right time when my dog is playing, but that is expected since all dogs can't play at the same time.

I absolutely love this Pet Paradise location and staff! Both our boys had never been boarded before and we are very picky about their care. So when I say this place is great, that is definitely a serious statement. This location happens to be a short drive from our house and is very convenient. We made a reservation for a 5 night stay. The reservation was made the night before with no problem. Left our 2 dogs at pet paradise this past weekend so we could go on a vacation. Absolutely thrilled with the place. The people are awesome, the manager was so helpful, the place is immaculately clean and the piece of mind we got for leaving them there was priceless. Fan for life!

We we're trying to sell our house and wanted to find a doggie daycare close to the house where the pups could play and not be stuck in the car with me while the house was showing. We learned about Pet. Paradise and went for a tour. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. We brought both dogs over for a visit which was at no cost just to see if they liked it. Brought my dog home today from a week here and saw that in her ziplock bag with her Zyrtec was also a bottle of Prozac prescribed to another dog or cat. When I called, I did receive a call back telling me that she wasn't given this med. However, can you be sure? No. I also think about the dog/ cat that needed that med but didn't get it (Harper Sipe). Absolutely not paradise - they count on you not checking on their cameras 1. Daycare - the dogs only play for maybe 2 hours in the morning then sit in their individual rooms the remainder of the day. And if there isn't a group for your dog that day, tough luck your dog sits alone in a cell all day for $35 2. Boarding - same as daycamp, except with the added bonus where we paid for "individual play time" every day, which we saw on camera was just 8 minutes of a girl texting on her phone while our dog sniffed around, then he ... read more

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE! One of our Saint Bernards came home injured around her neck and very ill (see photos), requiring a $300+ emergency vet bill after pick up as well as multiple meds and follow ups to get her well. The other, a very social and playful boy who loves people and other dogs was never on the cameras that we checked regularly while away and learned later that he was marked as ALONE as he was "very active".
