They are fantastic! Moose is our fur baby and we wouldn't take him just anywhere. We heard great things about this new location and they exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool shaped like a bone! The water is specially treated for dogs. Moose swims all the time and smells so clean when we pick him up. I love how tired he is at the end of the day; I know he played hard and enjoyed his time with other dogs.

We absolutely love Pet Paradise.The suites are clean and the facility is well maintained.I have been keeping my pet since he was 2 years old.The staff is friendly and helpful and make sure they follow all your instructions. They take care good care of your pet and we would recommend this facility to all pet lovers.:)

The employees are all very professional and friendly. Facility is clean. My bull terrier puppy is tired when he comes home, so I think he is getting some good play time in. I like that I can watch the cameras from my mobile phone. Not super easy to catch the right time when my dog is playing, but that is expected since all dogs can't play at the same time.

I absolutely love this Pet Paradise location and staff! Both our boys had never been boarded before and we are very picky about their care. So when I say this place is great, that is definitely a serious statement. This location happens to be a short drive from our house and is very convenient. We made a reservation for a 5 night stay. Left our 2 dogs at pet paradise this past weekend so we could go on a vacation. Absolutely thrilled with the place. The people are awesome, the manager was so helpful, the place is immaculately clean and the piece of mind we got for leaving them there was priceless. Fan for life!

We we're trying to sell our house and wanted to find a doggie daycare close to the house where the pups could play and not be stuck in the car with me while the house was showing. We learned about Pet. Paradise and went for a tour. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. We brought both dogs over for a visit which was at no cost just to see if they liked it. Boarded and paid extra for all day play for EVERY day, the only days he was let out for a couple hrs was when i called to find out why he wasn't out. They sent report card of a very sad dog, 1 picture. On pickup day i called at 11am and they lied to me and said he was brought in to go home at 3, pickup scheduled at 5. Brought my dog home today from a week here and saw that in her ziplock bag with her Zyrtec was also a bottle of Prozac prescribed to another dog or cat. When I called, I did receive a call back telling me that she wasn't given this med. However, can you be sure? No. I also think about the dog/ cat that needed that med but didn't get it (Harper Sipe).
