We just had our first dog boarding experience at Pet Paradise Matthews, and couldn't be more pleased. We picked up two clean, happy, and exhausted pups yesterday afternoon who looked like they had the best time! We put them in a "suite" to stay together; I was very pleased this was an option. I also loved the live webcams in the play areas to check on our babies while we were on our trip! Pet Paradise it's the best place to take my son Maximus Young to for the day and boarding for our long trips. We can tell the staff loves him and he enjoys it as well. We recommend it highly. I can't find the words to show my true gratitude for this facility. My husband and I are proud parents of a 1 1/2 yr old Olde English Bulldog puppy who we call Tuggles. While Tuggles is a very good boy, he is all boy and all puppy. We have searched high and low for a facility that is willing to accommodate such a specimen. Everyone says he plays too rough and doesn't understand the word no. Well thank God, we were referred to Pet Paradise (Matthews) by Camp Bow Wow. My dog just loves the attention he gets here! Gus is well kept when he's there for daycare or an overnight stay. We all can be over protective of our pets and so when you turn them over for care, you want them to be treated like they are family. Well, at pet paradise I know they care for my four legged friend! He always comes back energized and a happy puppy!

Boarded our dog here for 5 nights. He did great as indicated by his "Pawgress Report." $46 a night seems kind of steep for boarding, but since it includes playtime, time outside, time in the pool and playing with other dogs, I can sort of justify it. Besides, their prices for baths and nail trimming are very reasonable. Happy to learn about their referral and new rewards programs, which can help bring the cost down in the future.

The Pet Paradise team is always super great with our spunky dog, Anne. She always comes back happy. They always follow any special instructions or requests we make. She can be super friendly but can also be kind of shy and they are great at adapting to her needs. Price point is pretty comparable to the PetSmart but in my opinion, the service and premises are nicer. They have a groomer that does a great job. We relocated to the area recently and our five year old dog, Barley, had only been boarded a handful of times. She can be anxious in new environments, but the staff at Pet Paradise Matthews is absolutely wonderful. They always greet Barley by name, which makes both of us feel at ease. She loves playing in the yard and swimming, and I love being able to watch her on the cameras while I'm away. Our mixed dog, Ophelia, loves Pet Paradise. She has been there on three occasions, once for a two-night stay and two other times just for the day. Today when I went to pick her up she didn't want to leave. When we dropped her off this morning, a young man from the back came to get her. He called her by name and Ophelia just went crazy giving him kisses. It feels good to know I can leave my pet and she is being well cared for.
