Vibe was very bad. Girl wouldn't stop talking about cutting my dog's balls off. Highly unprofessional. None of her business. Kennels smelled horrible. My husband was extremely offended. Don't do it if you love your fur baby. Not worth it. They want dogs who are fixed so they are compliant, they can put them all together and not pay attention. Been to many kennels. UPDATE**** I have to explain this most recent update as of 9/24 My girls were to go to the daycamp for a much needed play time. Now, after those who tell me if their not so good experiences, ours was terrific. Money was tight last year but this year I couldn't wait to get them more play time. BUT, 2 DAYS BEFORE on a Saturday no less, they cancelled my reservation due to the fact they're vaccine certificate was "Hand written"??? WHAT??? Very upset. My English Sheep dog went for a cut. He was SCALPED. I feel like who I wanted to cut him didn't because she has always done a great job. I specifically asked not to cut his hair on top of his head. It was shaven and not even I felt a child could had cut it better. Very upset. He looks awful. Will not take my other dog there. So upset. I loved our groomer but she clearly let a new person scalp my baby down to pink skin. Definitely ask them who is really going to be doing the grooming

We just had our two pups groomed today and it is the worst grooming we have ever had. Both puppies have areas that are either too short or un touched in other areas. One side of the face on one puppy was un-touched while there were close cut areas on the other side. We were looking forward to a good experience when we saw how nice the facility and staff were when we went in to drop off our two. Our poodle had areas chopped on top of her head and her legs were not even brushed out.

DO NOT leave your dogs at this location!!!!! I work in the neighborhood and drive past this facility often. The road I drive on has direct visual access to their outside kennels. I have never seen a dog outside, so I assumed the facility was closed. Today, as I left work, I saw two dogs outside. What's the problem you ask....there was a heat advisory warning due to the high temperatures (as I drove by, the external thermometer on my car said 103 degrees)!!!!! We used this location for our dog for five days. Upon reserving by phone they asked the series of questions regarding our dog. Upon drop off, they asked the same question about how old our dog was, so we answered again. While on vacation I was excited to learn that I had an email about my dog! When I opened the email, it was a large picture of two dogs and a bio about their stay! The dogs in the picture were not mine. been goingv there for years for boarding as well as wacky wednesdays staff has been great.. have show dogs but wanted to have one groomed today for first time by this groomer kelly... was fifteeen minutes late,, was sent away..told to make aniother appointment... walked out... most people who use these facilities are very very busy people and cannot always be on time.. looking a less rigid groomer.. very unhappy..
