We love bringing our fur children to Pet Paradise! The staff is super friendly and very good to the animals. It's nice to know they are in excellent care when we are away. Ice cream treats and go-home baths are a must!

This is the 2nd time we brought Peppy and Bella to stay here. The first time back in May of 2017 for like 8 days. We were so nervous because they had gone through so much with are move to ormond and then to leave them at a place they didn't know. The staff was great, didn't mind us calling everyday and they would call to let us know how they were doing with eating and all. Best pet resort around. We have boarded our dog there many times. He loves to go. He Jumps right out of the car and runs in. Everyone knows him there too. The grooming services are great too.

We, as well as our dog Sadie love Pet Paradise in Ormond Beach! I am really impressed with the caring staff and the personal approach they have for taking care of the pets. Our Labrador gets excited just mentioning that she is going. They always call prior to our stay to ask if there is anything that we need such extra bedding, ice cream, etc. to make our pet feel right at home. We have been a customer for a number of years and we highly recommend them.

I love leaving my dog here! They are very attentive, friendly, and extremely reliable. I travel often because of work, and I can always count on pet paradise to be available to take care of my dog while I'm away. I strongly recommend this place to anybody looking for a reliable and responsible dog boarding facility.

My dogs have been very well cared for!! Our one dog was very scared. When we came to pick her up everyone came to say goodbye to her. My dogs also were clean!!! At other places they came home covered in fleas. Not at this place.

We have been taking our dog, Dumont, to Pet Paradise since he was a small puppy. The staff treats him like he is one of theirs and go out of their way to insure he has fun. When we arrive at Pet Paradise, he is very excited and ready to play with new friends and ones he has met from previous visits. The staff is also concerned about the safety of all the animals, so we are never worried about his welfare. We highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone who has need of Pet daycare or overnight boarding.

I have been boarding my dogs at this location for years. The staff is always very friendly and they understand every dog has different needs. I love that all 3 of my dogs can stay in a room together so they aren't too stressed out and the kennels are very large with an indoor and outdoor space for them to use. It is more convenient for me than boarding with my vet too b/c Pet Paradise has weekend hours.
