They are so wonderful with our little puppy goldendoodle. We've brought him here multiple times for daycare and each time he rushes out of the car to get inside. The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about every dog that comes there as if they were their.own. They even take pictures of our puppy playing with other dogs each time he stays. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for daycare or to board their dog.

We trusted them with our two German Shepherds for 4 days, 3 nights. Our dogs are our kids, but we couldn't have been more please with the facility. We were greeted by friendly employees. The place was clean and organized. When we picked our fur babies up at the end of their stay, they were happy. We were tickled to death by the progress report cards and pictures. We're so happy to have found Pet Paradise in Ormond. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our doggies!!! We WILL be back!

Used these guys two years ago for our two doxies. We loved the kennel rooms for our babies. The staff was great and we had planned to pick our babies up and take them to the doggy beach but when we drove up, they were outside running and having fun. So we decided not to go through the separation again. The staff is wonderful and so very friendly. Great place!!!! Our babies will be visiting again in September.

This place is great. They treat every animal like it's a member of their family. Plus I love the web cam that I can look in and see how our Weimaraner is doing day or night. I call several time to check and they don't seem to mind at all. As much as we hate leaving her, we are very comfortable she will get excellent care.

ABSURDLY pleased with the folks here. I had to go up north for a wedding a few months ago, and would be gone for five days, definitely couldn't leave my kitty at home for that long. I came by out of the blue and asked to take a look at their cat condos, and they brought me in with no problems. The location is clean and bright. The cat condo room is a little noisy because of the air purifier, but it wasn't that bad (especially knowing what all my cat CAN sleep through). I made a reservation with them that day. Vibe was very bad. Girl wouldn't stop talking about cutting my dog's balls off. Highly unprofessional. None of her business. Kennels smelled horrible. My husband was extremely offended. Don't do it if you love your fur baby. Not worth it. They want dogs who are fixed so they are compliant, they can put them all together and not pay attention. Been to many kennels. UPDATE**** I have to explain this most recent update as of 9/24 My girls were to go to the daycamp for a much needed play time. Now, after those who tell me if their not so good experiences, ours was terrific. Money was tight last year but this year I couldn't wait to get them more play time.
