We have been boarding our dog, Bettie when we vacation and we are very pleased with the caring atmosphere, time and attention that Bettie receives. She comes home exhausted from her petcation! She is treated like family.

This place is great! We recently adopted a little dachshund lab mix from a shelter. We had to go away for the weekend and decided to have Annie board here for two nights. We thought putting her in the big room would be best because she was away from the other dogs and when she was at the shelter she was very afraid and stressed from all the other dogs barking. Pet paradise is a blessing!! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We take our dog Cooper here a few times a month when we are on vacation or too busy for the day and can't give him all the attention a 10 month old Boxer deserves. Every time we pick him up he is exhausted and ready for a nap, so I know he's getting plenty of exercise. Plus they can bathe your dog for you before pickup. We always use Pet Paradise to kennel our dog. She is always excited to be dropped off. The lobby is extra clean and the staff seems to genuinely love my dog.

Both boys love going to daycare and overnights at Pet Paradise in Ormond. The staff is amazing (Luna, Jessica, Heather, Antonia, Bree, Renee, etc). They love their job and love all the pets that come in for playtime, cuddles, and kisses. Neither Rio or Winston want to leave and when they do, they are so excited to return each day. Thank you for being so awesome and loving the furry babies.

I travel and move often for work so needless to say my dogs have stayed in many boarding and daycare facilities. This is by far the BEST!! The staff is caring and friendly and I am always confident that they are well taken care of. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

We love bringing our fur children to Pet Paradise! The staff is super friendly and very good to the animals. It's nice to know they are in excellent care when we are away. Ice cream treats and go-home baths are a must!

This place is awesome. My dog had a great time there. Super professional. Would recommend.
