Curtis went to Pet Paradise in Ormond Beach with Jessica and Caroline for the pre Christmas vacation. They give you a report card of the things he does. When you call they are always pleasant to give me and update. He loves to play and they treat him as if he were their own, this is very important. Knowing your pet is safe is the best gift you can get in return. Kathy G

Pet Paradise has been our second family since it first opened. They've been over the top with the care, concern, love and safety of our late Katie to Luna, the joy of our days now. They've tended to both as if their own, shedding tears when Katie died to rejoicing when we brought our puppy Luna in that first day. Always a positive experience for peg and owner. From calling to make a reservation to pick up working with the employees of pet paradise is s pleasure. They love what they do and sincerely care for the welfare of the animals they care for. Tuxies is always excited to see her old friends and make new ones!

My Golden Retriever stayed here while my husband and I spent the day in St Augustine. He enjoyed the pool and play time with the other dogs. We enjoyed watching him while we had lunch. The dogs were well supervised. I did not give 5 stars because he has not stayed overnight. It seems like a well run pet resort.

When you have 4 dogs ranging from a Dachshund to a Pyrenees you need a dog boarding facility that can handle it all - Pet Paradise in Ormond Beach is that place. We have used Pet Paradise for both the Day Camp when we're having work done at the house to week long boarding for vacations and have always been totally satisfied with how the staff cares for our dogs. I wanted to start by saying, I looked at a few different places and this one by far was the best! We walked right in without an appointment and asked to see the facility. They had no problem at all showing us around and going over everything. It even smelled great all the way through the entire place. Since it was going to be Bella and Juliette's first time boarding they suggested we drop the girls off for a day of daycare,so they could get to know the staff and get comfortable with the place. Pet Paradise has continuously proven to be reliable and trustworthy with our pets. They are always willing to help with price and they take referrals and coupons/groupons seriously. We've been on vacation for five days and we have 0 worries about our dog. They fit in nail trimming and grooming and Maui always leaves there as happy as she arrived. Hearing great reviews about pet paradise we decided to bring our dog here for a week stay. We took her for a complimentary day camp a week prior to her stay and when we picked her up she seemed very happy with her tail waging so hard. The pet paradise employees told us she did great and had a lot of fun during her play times. Pet Paradise is great. We use the Ormond location and Gainesville location frequently. If you're lucky, the Ormond location will post pictures of your dogs on their Instagram feed. Both locations are always clean and have great, friendly staff. To top off their awesome amenities like a pool for the dogs, there is always someone on site in case of any emergencies. Plus, they give student and military discounts. A+ in my book.
