My family and I have boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise for years and there is a noticeable decline in service and management here. Do NOT take your pets here. A few months ago, we picked up our Weimaraner and were told a few hours before pickup that his paws were inflamed. We didn't know what to think but when we picked him up he could not WALK. We had to contact a vet and he contracted a bacteria through a cut in his paw. They weren't overly apologetic and didn't really seem to care about the well-being of our pet, but we kn... read more

I took my dog there back in May for a complimentary well visit since I had just got my dog which went that visit only went okay because they were really rough giving shots and he came back back limping only from vaccines. But the staff at check in was very friendly. So the tech came in explaining the visit was complimentary but also presented these wellness plans that they had with all the great benefits which she explained was $52 per month explained all the benefits of 6 days of day care, anytime visits and a bunch of othe... read more

This place is a joke and should be shut down. it had taken me some time to write this review. Sadly when dropping off my two girls I had a terrible feeling leaving them here. Dropping them off Sunday picking up Thursday received photo of both for 2-3 day then they stopped sending pictures of my cocker spaniel. Tuesday we received a call that our baby wasn't eating and had discharge in her eye. I authorized them giving her chicken and flushing her eye and to see the vet. Our dog stayed at Pet Paradise Monday and Tuesday of this week. We received a call Tuesday morning letting us know that another dog attempted to enter the area Chester was in. The girl watching him picked him up and he bit her. We were extremely upset as we made it explicitly clear that he could not be in the area with another dog. I was a potential new time customer and was attempting to bring my two dogs. Unfortunately not a great experience with there staff. They had almost ten years of shot records and could not figure out if a particular shot was they got 5 weeks ago had expired so they would not take the dogs. As frustrating as those circumstances are I can understand the position of not taking dogs. Our dog was attacked and came back with injuries. We were not advised this occurred. We are heartbroken that we put our dog in this facility and situation. It is currently being investigated.
Do NOT trust these people with your dog(s). The last two times I have boarded my dogs at this location, one of them has come home with cuts near his eye and a significant gash on his back side. When I asked what happened no one could tell me and they went on to add "he was probably rough housing with another dog". NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I requested that they take care of the cost of the vet bills and they responded "we'll send it to our regional director" and to no surprise we haven't heard a peep since (close to a month ago). Not sure what is happening but the service is definitely going down (there is a need for better customer service). The first experience was last month we left our pet and had requested for her to have a bath and have her nails trimmed.
