Do NOT trust these people with your dog(s). The last two times I have boarded my dogs at this location, one of them has come home with cuts near his eye and a significant gash on his back side. When I asked what happened no one could tell me and they went on to add "he was probably rough housing with another dog". NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Not sure what is happening but the service is definitely going down (there is a need for better customer service). The first experience was last month we left our pet and had requested for her to have a bath and have her nails trimmed. We confirmed when we picked her up and the person at the desk said yes, only to receive a call later that she did not receive those services. I understand things happen so gave them another chance. They lie to get you a reservation and don't honor the prices they quote you. They claim the call center miss quotes customer all the time, they know it's an issue and do nothing to fix it! They told me $25 for a bath and charged me $45... which is absolutely insane for a bath! And now I have spoken to two different people about the issue and apparently they couldn't careless about keeping customers by honoring a price. Think twice before trusting your loved pet in the hands of this staff. This was the first time I've ever boarded my dogs and the last. I called everyday to check and was told he was fine and doing well When Hank came home I immediately was saddened at what I saw. He had welts over his entire body and his neck and face had many bloody sores. I recently took my dog here for a stay (this was not our first time). Each time we were told our dog had a good experience unfortunately, the last two time we noticed something different. During this last visit we noticed something different, once we got home we gave her a bath and noticed a deep laceration on her. I called to inquire about that issue, still pending a return call from manager. My family is very upset for so many reasons. We used to take our Rottweiler to this Pet Paradise location frequently. We have even boarded on a couple of occasions. TJ gets so excited the moment you say "Doggy Daycare", bouncing, jumping & running around. When driving up to the facility, TJ would be beside himself with excitement. When we opened the outside door he would push the inside door open, run up to the desk and put his front paws on the desk, always greeted by a friendly receptionist. The girls at the front desk were nice, I never got my tour of the facility. My dog stayed for two nights, I did not do the go home bath (she has sensitive skin I'd rather use my own products) but she had diarrhea all down her bottom and back legs... no where in her little report did they mention she had the runs, or was unhappy. I'm sorry but at least wipe her. That is the first time since I've owned her that I've ever seen her like that. Not impressed. They should be caring for our babies like their own. I have enjoyed my business with pet paradise resort. Unfortunately, I have started to frown upon the way the management team has started to become a bit more on edge. I walked in the other day to pick up my dog from daycare and walked in on one of the managers yelling at one of the workers in front of a customer!! how messed up is that. and then once the manager noticed i was there, she sent the worker to the back because she was almost in tears! I am giving this a 1 star review as I was not satisfied with the condition of my pets upon their return from the facility. Those looking for reviews on pet boarding should be aware of what "could" happen, even though everything appears to be satisfactory. Most people these days just look for 5 star or 1 star. I usually read the poor reviews first as most 5 star reviews can be artificial.
