Attentive to our pet, love the report card they give! Highly recommend. Our Maggie is much more comfortable with people than with dogs, and the employees allow her to hang around them and provide her with the extra attention she needs when she's not with us. They even care enough about our dog to call and ask permission to give her extra treats when she stopped eating her normal food as often during an extended stay. We are so glad we found this wonderful place for our dog Charlie! He has horrible storm anxiety and we have been so thankful for Pet Paradise where we can take him for either day camp while we are at work on a stormy day or to board overnight when we have plans at night and think it may storm. We like it so much because we know he is safe and being watched over closely as they know his fears and they can ensure he is doing ok! All 5 of my doggies love this place! It's the best piece of mind you can get anywhere! Caring staff, lots of playtimes and clean. My doggies think this is their second home, and that's how I feel about it too! Being able to leave them there for longer periods of time and still be able to watch them on the webcams or just call anytime and check on them is priceless! I have used PP for over a year and it's the only kennel I use for my dog. I really appreciate how nice the staff is and that you can view the dogs on the cameras with the app. The rewards program is also a bonus, since it is a little pricey. I definitely recommend this kennel to anyone that is looking for a special place for their dog.

My family has been boarding our dogs with Pet Paradise since they opened. We've grown to like and trust the employees and they take a genuine interest in our pets. The idea of taking our Jack Russell to a more traditional kennel where he would stay locked up in a cage indoors..is unthinkable. Between the pool, other dogs, and a large and clean kennel with his own lawn area, it's no wonder that he actually wags his tail and gets excited once he's at Pet Paradise.

We boarded our dog and 2 cats when we moved here 3 years ago, and have continued to use boarding services ever since! The staff is friendly, knowledgable and kind to our very high-maintenance pup! I never worry about her being taken care of and getting the attention she needs! The facility is clean, and they did not hesitate when I asked to see where the dogs were kept. I love the "report card" they send home to let me know how my dog did, and I love the add-ons like grooming and ice cream treats! I highly recommend!!

I've been taking my mini Aussies here for years. Pepper and Patches love going for daycare and boarding. There are many things I love...great staff, friendly and the facility is very clean. I think the best thing is....they make sure each and every dog has a happy experience. Our new Patches is almost one year old, but timid around other dogs. So, until she is more comfortable, they make a special play time for just my dogs. I hope someday they will want to play with "others", but until then, I know when I leave them, ... read more

The staff truly care and actually play ALOT with the pets. Every dog that is there is extremely happy to be there. The camera to watch the pool area is awesome. It is pretty expensive, but the dogs are treated as the fur-kids that they are. Oskar and Zoey love coming to doggy daycare!!! A+++++
