They always take care of great dog Rocko. They give him time to play and I love that our family can see him on the camera while we are. I can tell the staff that work there care about the animals.

BEST PET RESORT EVER!! It's always hard to leave your pet(child) in the care of others especially since you think your care is always the best but boy was I mistaken. My little chihuahua Pepe-Le-Pew and I absolutely fell in love with this facility after utilizing the boarding and grooming services. I needed to board my cat as we had to tent our house for termites. That were great. They gave me recommendations for local vets for her shots, they were kind and helpful with making arrangements, and helpful with directions. Penny stayed in a cat condo, which has a glass like door, with several stories, that allowed her to climb and see everything going on. Both my dog Pepper and I love this place. I originally tried them out because they were close to the house and it looked nice from the outside. Once I checked out their website I was hooked! Not only did they have a bone shaped pool (my pup LOVES to swim), they were only $2-3 more a night than other places in the area that weren't nearly as nice. I went to check out Pet Paradise because the boarder I used for my dogs closed the Sanford location. The dogs have an indoor outdoor run and the dog door is open much of the time, but they close it for heat, bad weather and at night. They were letting dogs play in the yard when were there and all seemed to be having fun. The ones not out were either wanting to join in or just chilling watching the action. I really want somewhere that has 24 hour dog care, while they have security 24 I hours no one checks on the dogs.

Okay. what can you say about such a stellar place. My mom and her "Bolo-"Bravo loves this place. The pool water is kept fresh, the attentiveness of the staff and the exercise rivals a Jane Fonda workout (in her day). The socialization and benefits of going here, make this place a true steal of a deal. Also, I love the fact that they do food drives and work within the community here in Sem. County. I dropped my boarder collie here at the end of August so that my family and I could visit Miami for the first time. After three days my dog was happy as could be and progress report showed the character of my dog and her wanting to always be in the swimming pool. I could tell she had a wonderful time and I would definitely take her here again.

Hopefully someday the service and care for the animals will improve. After have picked up one dog with an infection and the other soaked in urine, I'm not chancing it anymore here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I picked my dog up Sunday, gave him a bath immediately when I got home and noticed he was bleeding. I was not told about this from any of the workers, because they don't pay attention!! There are cuts and marks on all four of my babies legs!!!! And they are not random either, if you look at the photos you'll see he has two marks on both of his back legs in the same exact spot, he also has two in the same exact spot on both his elbows.
