Fantastic Place! Our 2 pups were boarded for 3 nights. Opted for the extra play time & ice cream treat. Supplied our own food for the nights they would be boarded. They were happy as usual to see us but once we got home they crashed. They must have had a great time as they were tired but wouldn't stop wagging their tails. We were impressed with getting a report card on how our dogs did while we were away. We had two dogs when relocating from Kansas City and rescued a puppy not too long after we got here. The puppy was a beagle mix and had way more energy than we even knew possible. We would take him on long walks and play catch out in the yard. We would spend all of our free time trying to wear the dog out. It wasn't working. He wanted to play all night instead of sleeping. Our two dachshunds love spending time here. The entire staff is friendly, and very involved with the animals that board there. We call and check on our "boys" , and get a report on how they are doing, they really put our concerns to rest, we really feel good about boarding our dogs here!

They always take care of great dog Rocko. They give him time to play and I love that our family can see him on the camera while we are. I can tell the staff that work there care about the animals.

BEST PET RESORT EVER!! It's always hard to leave your pet(child) in the care of others especially since you think your care is always the best but boy was I mistaken. My little chihuahua Pepe-Le-Pew and I absolutely fell in love with this facility after utilizing the boarding and grooming services. I needed to board my cat as we had to tent our house for termites. That were great. They gave me recommendations for local vets for her shots, they were kind and helpful with making arrangements, and helpful with directions. Penny stayed in a cat condo, which has a glass like door, with several stories, that allowed her to climb and see everything going on. Both my dog Pepper and I love this place. I originally tried them out because they were close to the house and it looked nice from the outside. Once I checked out their website I was hooked! Not only did they have a bone shaped pool (my pup LOVES to swim), they were only $2-3 more a night than other places in the area that weren't nearly as nice. I went to check out Pet Paradise because the boarder I used for my dogs closed the Sanford location. The dogs have an indoor outdoor run and the dog door is open much of the time, but they close it for heat, bad weather and at night. They were letting dogs play in the yard when were there and all seemed to be having fun. The ones not out were either wanting to join in or just chilling watching the action. I really want somewhere that has 24 hour dog care, while they have security 24 I hours no one checks on the dogs.

Okay. what can you say about such a stellar place. My mom and her "Bolo-"Bravo loves this place. The pool water is kept fresh, the attentiveness of the staff and the exercise rivals a Jane Fonda workout (in her day). The socialization and benefits of going here, make this place a true steal of a deal. Also, I love the fact that they do food drives and work within the community here in Sem. County.
