First visit for our two jack russels, we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of activities for the dogs if you want to pay extra. The boarding basically pays for staying in a clean safe environment with lots of adults around and two twenty minute play times. There is a web cam available for free but we couldn't get it to work on our pc, if we payed extra we could have had one in their room. We brought their food, as required. The cost for five days was 315 with a discount for the first visit.

We visited Pet Paradise before we scheduled a stay with them. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The facility was clean and we found the accommodations to be everything we wanted for our girls (Great Dane & Rottweiler). They loved their first play day and we loved being able to watch them live and in real time on the Online Doggy App. They had their 'go home bath' before we picked them up. Their next doggie daycare has been scheduled and the girls are excited to go and make new friends.

This by far is the best pet boarding facility in all of Central Florida. They and the most kind dedicated compassionate loving group of people I have ever met oh. They have they worked with me and dog whisperer Will Thomas. They have been an instrumental in helping my dog overcome Fear, aggression, anxiety just to name a few. A few years ago we had issue finding a friend to watch our dogs while we went out of town. We love to vacation and cruise so we knew we had to find a solution. Pet Paradise let us drop each of our dogs off for a free trial run to make sure they got along with the staff and were ok while at the kennel. I have always been very reluctant about leaving my pets with anyone but I am so glad we found this place! The staff is great with our fur babies. You can tell they really love animals there. The facility is clean & well maintained. They took the time to give us a tour of the place. When I pick up my dog he's always so happy he loves going there when I mention it. Thank you Pet Paradise for taking such good care of my Finn and Bailey!

We are so glad we found this wonderful place for our dog Charlie! He has horrible storm anxiety and we have been so thankful for Pet Paradise where we can take him for either day camp while we are at work on a stormy day or to board overnight when we have plans at night and think it may storm. We like it so much because we know he is safe and being watched over closely as they know his fears and they can ensure he is doing ok! I have used PP for over a year and it's the only kennel I use for my dog. I really appreciate how nice the staff is and that you can view the dogs on the cameras with the app. The rewards program is also a bonus, since it is a little pricey. I definitely recommend this kennel to anyone that is looking for a special place for their dog.

My family has been boarding our dogs with Pet Paradise since they opened. We've grown to like and trust the employees and they take a genuine interest in our pets. The idea of taking our Jack Russell to a more traditional kennel where he would stay locked up in a cage indoors..is unthinkable. Between the pool, other dogs, and a large and clean kennel with his own lawn area, it's no wonder that he actually wags his tail and gets excited once he's at Pet Paradise.

The staff truly care and actually play ALOT with the pets. Every dog that is there is extremely happy to be there. The camera to watch the pool area is awesome. It is pretty expensive, but the dogs are treated as the fur-kids that they are. Oskar and Zoey love coming to doggy daycare!!! A+++++
