I dropped my boarder collie here at the end of August so that my family and I could visit Miami for the first time. After three days my dog was happy as could be and progress report showed the character of my dog and her wanting to always be in the swimming pool. I could tell she had a wonderful time and I would definitely take her here again.
Hopefully someday the service and care for the animals will improve. After have picked up one dog with an infection and the other soaked in urine, I'm not chancing it anymore here.
DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I picked my dog up Sunday, gave him a bath immediately when I got home and noticed he was bleeding. I was not told about this from any of the workers, because they don't pay attention!! There are cuts and marks on all four of my babies legs!!!! And they are not random either, if you look at the photos you'll see he has two marks on both of his back legs in the same exact spot, he also has two in the same exact spot on both his elbows. The training program is absolutely a waste of money. The dog gets locked up most of day spends maybe 45 minutes training and gets traumatized after all that time locked up and worse than when he went in. The funny thing is when you complain about it they blame you for his behavior instead of admitting that they are not really good at what they do. I was robbed and my dog was traumatized! Dont waste your money! Find real trainers and people that care and spend time with them!
Decline in service, rude staff, cameras are showing same dogs in pool meanwhile I asked if mine can get pool time he loves the pool but never did.

My family and I have boarded our dogs at Pet Paradise for years and there is a noticeable decline in service and management here. Do NOT take your pets here. A few months ago, we picked up our Weimaraner and were told a few hours before pickup that his paws were inflamed. We didn't know what to think but when we picked him up he could not WALK. We had to contact a vet and he contracted a bacteria through a cut in his paw. They weren't overly apologetic and didn't really seem to care about the well-being of our pet, but we kn... read more

I took my dog there back in May for a complimentary well visit since I had just got my dog which went that visit only went okay because they were really rough giving shots and he came back back limping only from vaccines. But the staff at check in was very friendly. This place is a joke and should be shut down. it had taken me some time to write this review. Sadly when dropping off my two girls I had a terrible feeling leaving them here. Dropping them off Sunday picking up Thursday received photo of both for 2-3 day then they stopped sending pictures of my cocker spaniel.
