Good, other then the wait on the phone for a representative. Called at 6pm technician came at 10:30pm. Quickly diagnosed and repaired problem and answered any ridiculous question I asked.

Happy day. Called Petro at 6:30 am. No hot water. Was told the service tech would be here between 9&12 o’clock. He was here and gone before 10. Figured out and fixed problem fully.
