The technician arrived at my home in a timely matter, he was able to handle the situation & within minutes I was able to have heat & hot water.
Good, other then the wait on the phone for a representative. Called at 6pm technician came at 10:30pm. Quickly diagnosed and repaired problem and answered any ridiculous question I asked.
