Happy day. Called Petro at 6:30 am. No hot water. Was told the service tech would be here between 9&12 o’clock. He was here and gone before 10. Figured out and fixed problem fully.
Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Gave me good advice regarding chimney and found out important and possible dangerous situation because of technicians advice.
