This vet lacks compassion for animals. She is very insensitve and does not care about the animals or its owners. She is very quick to put the animal down and not offer any support or options. This vet is not recommended and I would never bring another animal to this location even in an emergency. I have never seen a vet this bad.
In short, don't come here if you're at all concerned about budget. The staff is great and very attentive, but it is not cheap and the vets are very good about making you feel guilty enough to have every possible test run on your pet to rule out all possibilities, even if they're unlikely. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I have thought of using them as a vet, they have been very unhelpful. Today was the 3rd time I have tried to use them and I am flabbergasted on rude and unhelpful this clinic is

The worst!!! My cat has never been so traumatized. These people do not care about your pet. They care about your pocketbook. I brought my cat in for an exam when he was a new kitten, and they told me he was a girl after inspecting him. They wanted to spay him, and I made an appt. After bringing him home, we discover he was a boy, and canceled the spaying - taking him elsewhere to be neutered. Real pros, right? I brought my cat here yesterday because she has been drinking tons of water and peeing. she's 14 years old. I know that she's old and her body is breaking down, and I knew I needed to get her somewhere. I recently had to take my cat in to get checked on after he decided to take up skydiving from our third story apartment! i dont recommend this place if you are a pit bull owner. I mean its a nice clean clinic but the employees seem anti-pit bull. One of the receptionist was telling my bf things about the breed as if we didnt already know. The things they were saying is pretty much what the media already pushes into everyones minds. They also started talking about how pit bulls are 'unpredictable' around kids & we should be careful around these type of dogs. Two stars because I'm nice. I guess my first mistake was going here despite the fact that I don't have cats or a ridgeback. Here's what I do have, an adorable (see pic) 7 year old male pitbull. He is my baby, despite being a total pain in the ass at the vet clinic. We avoid the vet when at all possible, but today I realized he had an ear infection and he had to go in. Big mistake.
