Dr. Moore is absolutely amazing, however we forgot to mention that my puppy had a fat pocket at our appointment 3 weeks ago and I asked if it can be looked at today during our 3 week shot booster appointment (that we had with the vet tech) and after waiting for 20 minutes as instructed, I was told that Dr Moore had just had an emergency come through the back (there is no parking nor back access that I'm aware of so this made zero sense). After trying different vets in the area, I would say this vet is the worst experience I have had as a new dog owner. Shopping for a good vet is like trying to find an honest dentist. Lesson learned. 1 star- facilities clean 1 star- mostly friendly You can come here if you want to be RIPPed off. This is the most outrageous and overpriced clinic for spays at $800, I might as well spay two dogs. A lot of things that are optional, they consider it required within their estimate. While I think their vets are okay here. I couldn't stand that everytime I went in, it seemed to be a new vet. It's a bit bothersome when I'd have to go and talk to a new vet almost every other time about my dogs needs and concerns. Plus I don't think my dog quite got used to his vets always being different. My main concern is how expensive they are for no reason at all! This vet lacks compassion for animals. She is very insensitve and does not care about the animals or its owners. She is very quick to put the animal down and not offer any support or options. This vet is not recommended and I would never bring another animal to this location even in an emergency. I have never seen a vet this bad.

In short, don't come here if you're at all concerned about budget. The staff is great and very attentive, but it is not cheap and the vets are very good about making you feel guilty enough to have every possible test run on your pet to rule out all possibilities, even if they're unlikely. my husband & i made the appointment for vaccination last week since bordetella is due in the early of march. yesterday, we arrived the clinic and the pet nurse put us in a room. the pet nurse asked us few questions regarding how is our dog. we said that our dog is doing great and no irregularity was noted. the pet nurse did not measure our dog's temperature. then, a vet we have not met before came in and inspected him. she told us she is gonna give our dog vaccination. we submitted her the vaccination record since we ... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I have thought of using them as a vet, they have been very unhelpful. Today was the 3rd time I have tried to use them and I am flabbergasted on rude and unhelpful this clinic is

The worst!!! My cat has never been so traumatized. These people do not care about your pet. They care about your pocketbook. I brought my cat in for an exam when he was a new kitten, and they told me he was a girl after inspecting him. They wanted to spay him, and I made an appt. After bringing him home, we discover he was a boy, and canceled the spaying - taking him elsewhere to be neutered. Real pros, right? I brought my cat here yesterday because she has been drinking tons of water and peeing. she's 14 years old. I know that she's old and her body is breaking down, and I knew I needed to get her somewhere. I had brought her here a couple years ago, but she is an indoor only cat who has not been sick, so I've not brought her back.
