I have never taken my fur babies here (thank goodness). Someone shared pictures of their brother's dog after visiting here and I'm appalled. They said PetSuites didn't notice it when the dog was there. Yeah, right. Poor baby!

I went on vacation and it was the first time that I left my 2 dogs there, I paid dearly even though the 2 were in the same room, I had to pay as if they were separated, when they got home I had to bathe them because they smelled terrible and they both arrived sick with a breathing problem and a cold, my 1-year-old puppy has been home for 3 days and still reacts badly, she trembles a lot as if she was afraid and does not act normal as she was, I am very upset because I thought they would take good care of them there now, my p... read more

This was suppose to be a worry free vacation for my family!! That I would not have to worry about our two big 2 yr old doodle boys!! BUT on our return home yesterday we came to a mess!!! I thought we left things in a good manner, but I see now that we missed our mark with meeting your expectations in boarding your dogs. We will use your feedback to better our daily services. Although we have not seen many cases of the canine cough, we realize that the vaccination are not a guarantee preventative and we will continue our cleaning practices to help in the prevention.
Picked up my pup completely muddy, hungry and skiddish. Not sure if was tired from all the playing or scared but he used to be a happy go lucky pup now after a few days there he's shy and his mood has changed. I paid for brushing and blow out...after coming home and giving him a bath (cause he was filthy and had a wax like texture to his once soft fur) I notice more fur than ever before in the tub!! 🤔 Not going to go back if this is how he feels leaving Pet suites. I had high hopes too. 😔

Actually answer the phone, actually send photos when they're apart of your plan, highly doubt the dogs harnesses or lunch collar was taken off the entire time.

I had an emergency to take care of and needed a place to leave my miniature dachshund very quickly. I found this PetSuites location and thought it sounded nice, so I dropped her off for a couple of days. Really wish I hadn't, because this was a completely underwhelming and concerning experience. I wish I had seen the 1-star reviews as of late, because they align completely with what happened in my experience. BE WEARY!.... I used this PetSuites (Fern Creek) about 7 months ago and was very pleased. However, since then, I have made two separate appointments (May and Oct), and both times I get there with my dogs and they inform me that they didn't have them on the schedule! I am livid to say the least! How do you expect to operate a business in that manner?! They WILL NOT be getting any more of my money! I will go somewhere else! Signed, One pissed customer!

I know in May we were able to work them in on that day but unfortunately that was not an option today.
