We had booked our puppy a stay for 9 days while we had our wedding and honeymoon and after the staff had us wait 20 mins while they couldn't find her we have her come back to us to in a lethargic state... The first time he stayed, August 2021, my fully vaccinated dog came home with a cough. They obviously aren’t hand washing between pet contacts because he did not participate in group play. This time, got no text updates at all and he came home with blankets and toys saturated in urine. He also needs a bath after lying on that blanket all week. He is never incontinent while I’m gone at work 13+ hours.
Both dogs came back sick with bad hack, no calls about their situation.
