BE WEARY!.... I used this PetSuites (Fern Creek) about 7 months ago and was very pleased. However, since then, I have made two separate appointments (May and Oct), and both times I get there with my dogs and they inform me that they didn't have them on the schedule! I am livid to say the least! How do you expect to operate a business in that manner?! They WILL NOT be getting any more of my money! I will go somewhere else! Signed, One pissed customer!

I know in May we were able to work them in on that day but unfortunately that was not an option today. We will use today and May's situations as an opportunity to improve our services and are very sorry again. I called the other day as I was on my home from work around 4:45. I checked the hours and it said they close at 8. So far I’m ok. A lady answers PetSuites I tell her I would like to make an appointment to have my dog groomed. She tells me that the dog will need proof of several vaccines, rabies and licensing.
