Genuinely surprised with the quality of food here. The macaroni has a very unique, bouncy texture - think cavatappi but more noodle-like. The pork patty rolls were pretty standard, nothing to write home about. The pho broth here though is some of the best I've had, generous noodle and protein portions as well. My hubs and I were in town for the BTS Arirang concert and wanted a good bowl of pho before the show. Pho Concept did not disappoint. We ordered Oxtail Pho and Combination Pho with beef rib on the side and both pho was delicious. The waitress was nice and provided good service. I would definitely recommend this place and will eat here again when in Las Vegas. $20-$25 for pho is a bit high, but 1 bowl while traveling through Las Vegas isn't going to break the bank.

This place was really packed on Sunday for lunch. Looks like they do take reservations so that would be helpful if you plan on eating here. There were plenty of seatings but it was really crowded with lots of big parties. I ordered the House Special Vermicelli noodle bowl. It's beautiful decoration, extra capacity and very clean, you can feel the Vietnamese culture.the soup of pho is so delicious. The bowls and plates are very luxury. The price is reasonable. When i moved here from Cali I try all pho restaurants in Las Vegas none of them like this one. It's clean and make me eat more or empty the bowl. Special they are open late now , convenient for guests work in night shift. I highly recommend it. Tried the oxtail pho at this Vietnamese spot and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The oxtail was tender and packed with flavor. Customer service was just okay, but the restaurant itself was nice and had a great overall vibe. Definitely worth stopping by if you're craving a good bowl of pho.

What a WONDERFUL dining experience. The offerings and presentation is of high quality. The restaurant is beautiful. And most important, the service was genuine and kind. The young gentleman answered all our questions. I had asked what the next table was having, and he brought over the menu to explain it. Several Team Members came around to see how we were doing.
