We were hungry after the show. Yelped this place and we were all amazed with their Pho soup based. The drinks were little too sweet for my taste. We are glad the noodle were just the right amount. You have a choice of classic noodle or fresh noodle for $2.50 extra. Free parking.

Second time dining in at Pho Concept and it was great again! The portion sizes are filling, I had to take my pho home both times! The pho broth is delicious, flavorful, and comes out super hot every time. There is plenty seating in the restaurant and seems to fill up quick. We also had the tiger shrimp spring rolls and they were super fresh and paired with one of the best peanut sauces I have had. The menu is more limited compared to other Vietnamese restaurants but that just means that they are serving up the best!

A beautiful new Vietnamese spot in Spring Mountain! This is the same location where Pho So1 used to be, but it has now completely transformed under new ownership and a new concept. The interior has been beautifully renovated with a sophisticated, upscale design, and the atmosphere is warm, elegant, and inviting. It feels like a completely new dining experience. Excellent customer service. Linh was our server this time, she was attentive and checked on our table. Made sure we had what we needed. The food was really good. Pho broth had a lot of flavor. Pork chop was good too.
