Checked this place out as we noticed it was finally open after replacing the former Pho So 1. Turns out they had just opened a couple of days prior and so not all menu items were available yet. Redesigned interior looked great. The egg rolls were fine, but the char-grilled short rib pho was really good! I was also pleased that their plate of garnishings included coriander snd rice paddy herb! Thats how you know it's authentic. Looking forward to enjoying their other pho offerings and bun bo hue next time.
My goodness! Pho Concept is my new favorite spot for authentic Vietnamese eats. There is absolutely zero MSG, strictly bone broth and the flavor speaks. Their choice of meat is immediately recognized as high quality. The food came in a timely manner, the service and servers were kind and accommodating and Amy made sure that we had a great experience. The vibes are chill and the space is aesthetically pleasing. Phi Concept is on my highly recommended list. I will be back to try EVERYTHING on the menu.
Great ambiance, very attentive staff, authentic food. Got the House Special Vermicelli, Grilled Chicken Vermicelli, Grilled Pork Chop, Tiger Shrimp Fresh Egg Roll. Everything on point. The chicken and pork taste very good. Price is reasonable. Menu is limited though. Need to have more vermicelli though.

Authentic Vietnamese food! Big serving. Pho with beef ribs was so soft and the broth taste great. The pork chop was cooked in perfection. And the fresh spring roll with shrimp was awesome!! The people who work are friendly and nice. They have a lot of space. They even gave a complimentary slices of orange. Will definitely come back again.

10/10 appetizers. garlic fish sauce wings were so tasty and hot and nicely sized. the pho had a really good amount of meat, which i personally appreciate. cool soup spoon too. all the food came out hot and placed all pretty on the plate. generous about of veggies and limes for the orders. also usually not a fan of peanut sauce with the spring rolls but this one was pretty good actually. planning to come back tomorrow and give their rice dishes a try haha. also really friendly service, checked up on us, cleared our plate... read more

Stopped by this spot to meet a friend. The vibe was nice and chill. Food came out quickly and plenty of workers to assist. Everything is super clean and new. I think they're going to have the grand opening soon. I love Vietnamese food and this is a great place to eat some.
