Decided to try out this new restaurant during their soft opening. They sat my family and I down very quickly. Ordering and having our food delivered was also quick. I ordered the combination pho and it was okay. All the meats were super tender, but the both was okay. This was the most expensive pho I have ever eaten in Vegas and it did not taste like the most expensive. The Nem Nuong Cuon was surprising super thin. You could barely taste it. I would like to come back once they have their entire menu.

This place recently replaced the old Pho Saigon 1. I came here for their soft opening and so far, it was a pretty good experience. The overall place is clean and a nice switch up from what it used to be. Staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As someone who is Vietnamese, I thought it was decent. The egg rolls were good and so were the pork patty spring rolls. Flavor wise, the pho was not too bad. It was nice to have especially since I wasn't feeling too well. I just wish there was a bit more meat in it.

The reception was friendly, atmosphere was clean and contemporary, food was delicious and the service was stellar! Nick and team took care of us from the moment we sat down! He recommended the fresh noodles with my pho, and now, so do I!! Gotta try it!

it's really good to see someone else Open this spot back up the atmosphere very nice. The remodeling of the inside is beautiful, but most importantly the pho was amazing. The broth was excellent. I will be coming back again, as well as bringing friends and recommending.

Went on day 2 of soft opening. I was craving Bun Bo Hue. Was disappointed I couldn't try it. For soft opening they were only serving from the front of the menu. Ordered pho brisket and fresh coconut for dining in. Also ordered a pho, nem nướng cuốn & cà phê sữa đá Togo. I made sure to order nước béo because I like to add the extra fat and richness to my pho. Wow, did Chinatown need this Pho restaurant! The pho was bursting with flavor, presentation and service were top notch and the restaurant is gorgeous. Huge congrats to the team for delivering such incredible service on your first day open! Easily one of the best pho restaurants in Vegas, if not best!

Stopped by during their soft opening and really enjoyed it. The pho was flavorful, with a rich broth and tender meat. Staff was friendly and attentive despite it being early days. Great start.

Wonderful staff and service during the grand opening! The pork patty spring rolls are a must-try with the special pickled-veggie peanut sauce that added a nice crunch. We also ordered the brisket pho and brisket/meatball pho with fresh noodle. It's an elegant restaurant with soft music and with full staff so you don't feel like your waiter is running around to other tables. 10/10
