Our family, with a bunch of kids, ended up in Vegas on a whim because we were craving Vietnamese food. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! The food was delicious, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and our server, Dat, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would definitely come back the next time we're in Vegas. Highly recommend it, especially if you're dining with a large group or family!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The service is courteous and attentive. Our server was very helpful and seemed to really care about our experience dining there. We tried this place since our usual Vietnamese spot in the same plaza was closed that day. This took over the former Pho So 1 space and a definite upgrade with its large dining area and contemporary decor. We had the brisket pho, pork egg rolls, and pork chop broken rice. The food was okay but the broth a little lacking in flavor. The prices are slightly higher than average but portions are pretty big. It's not an all-new concept, but it's doing enough for Vegas. Pho Concept is one of the newer pho restaurants in town. Having taken over a pretty large space from the now-defunct Pho So 1 on Spring Mountain and Decatur, they had big shoes and a lot of seats to fill. So far, they might be doing just enough.
