First time trying out their pho. I really like the rich broth that is very close to how my mother makes it. I usually can taste the MSG and there is very little here. The secret is in the broth.

Excellent pho restaurant. The service was like Ritz Carlton. My uncle and I both had pho suon, was so delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, felt very warm. I miss Pho So 1, but glad the new Pho Concept took over. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The Sautéed beef pho is a GREAT rendition to traditional pho. Yummy!!! Staff were friendly and were able to recommend dishes for us to try. Love the mural and decor. We definitely be back!

Pho Concept is undeniably beautiful. The restaurant is modern, stylish, and clearly designed with social media in mind. From the lighting to the decor, every corner feels carefully curated. The pho was bland no test.... Went there when they had soft opening ... only had pork chops and pho ... won't be back
Disappointment overall. Small bowl of pho flavorless and fall short w what we paid for. The chicken wing was awful..they deep fried and have us dip in fish sauce. Oh pls Won't coming back even if they asked me how to fix the food.
Food here is decent However the service I experienced today was not great. 30+ minute wait time for food. They messed up one of our food items during the dine in meal. We also ordered 2 to go orders which were messed up. One of the orders was pho dac biet which was not given to us yet we were still charged. The other order was bun Bo hue, they gave us bun Bo hue items with pho broth, which they confirmed was a mess up after we showed them a picture of what we got.
