This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Consistent excellence! Great base menu with terrific specials which are unique and good values. Service is always superior. Great attention to critical details-ice in cocktails is large cube, different from water, iced tea, etc. smaller squares. Have never been disappointed by this locally owned and operated venue.
Wonderful meal at a reasonable rate. Will definitely visit again the next time that I am in Phoenix!

It was excellent. The Machaca Enchilada small plate was amazing. Then I had some bread pudding after my short rib...I hate bread pudding. This bread pudding was divine.
Everyone was very nice. The waitstaff was attentive and made for a nice meal.
Just amazing every time. Been dining here for 20 years and they have never let me down. Always delicious always great service.
All good nice city feel
Our server was great and the food was good but the noise level was off the charts. We were seated on the patio. At the table behind us were several children (maybe 8 to 13 in age) with no adults at the table. Apparently, the adults were at a party inside. The kids were extremely loud (squealing and screeching) and poorly behaved. My husband and I couldn't hear each other talk.
