This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

We've gone in to eat diner before, which was great, but I can't say the same for my lunch. The green chile burger I had was very bland and not worth the money we paid for it. The fries were mostly nubs and dried out. My wife had the machaca wrap feature, and she liked it. There was no kid's menu option, but there were a couple different options the server gave us. The grilled cheese we ordered was fairly large for our 2 year old to handle since the slices of bread were about an inch thick.
Awesome awesome awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The wait staff provided excellent service--far better than I expected on a busy night (Valentines Day). Quick and responsive. Wonderful selection of wine. We selected the Mt. Nelson wine and it was the perfect compliment to the entrees. We each had a different special--the sea bass and lamp chops--both were divine. The goat cheese appetizer was lovely. We both thoroughly enjoyed a delightful evening at the PCG and would highly recommend it!

Great service and food, even on a busy Valentine's night. My chili came with queso fresco and being pregnant, I am not allowed to eat "soft" cheese like that but had overlooked that ingredient on the menu. Our server graciously brought me another bowl without the cheese and allowed my husband to eat the original bowl she had brought out. It was delicious! My husband's tenderloin was fantastic and the mushrooms were cooked with great flavor -- I am not usually a mushroom fan but I really enjoyed these. My green chile burger w... read more
A verygood total experience. My wife and her female cousin visit often, and I visit on special occasions.

We just spent our anniversary there. We've been there many times and ordered many different entrees. Every one has been excellent. We've also brought friends there who have been impressed with the quality of the food.
