I was excited at this work-convenient option. That is, until I experienced it. First, I went on the site and made an appointment - that was my first mistake. I arrived the 15 minutes early to fill-out paperwork and still waited FOREVER - beyond people who had NO APPOINTMENT - to just get to the back area. What is the point of the appointment? If you need urgent medical attention, this place is totally fine. My partner broke her toe and we went here on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was empty. We were in and out promptly, and she received fine care. The doctors here are totally good doctors. The PROBLEM though, is the billing department. They blatantly overcharged her above what her insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) was willing to pay, and then once she paid the chunk her insurance said she had to pay (about $175), they continued to pursue her for $30 that he... read more
