Be careful going here!! I've been going here years, and have bee overall satisified. However, i was told that they recently changed their policy and require a credit card from you before you are seen or they refuse to see you. I know about health care laws and requirements, so I confirmed that I am a legal US citizen, have proof of insurance, and was prepared to pay my copay at the time of service (all required by law). I also asked why a credit card was required from the patient before medical treatment. Here's what ... read more

So I went to this place, even after reading the bad reviews on Yelp - mostly because it was the most convenient for me. I've had this terrible cough for about a month and it's been getting worse even after I've been taking cough medicine. So I go to PIC this morning and walk in and Monique is working the welcome desk. I told her I didn't have an insurance card with me (I'm under my parents' insurance still) but that I had all the information with me. She kindly said she couldn't accept that because they needed a copy for the... read more

I do have to say the doctor was very nice and helpful. However, the visit was very expensive. I had a small skin abscess and pain, so I felt I couldn't wait until Tuesday (holiday weekend). I was going back in forth in my head about going to Target clinic or here. In hindsight, I should've gone to Target clinic, great care and lower cost no matter whether it's a weekend or holiday weekend! The visit and drainage cost $1000!!! After insurance, I still had to pay about $450! Live and learn. Also, you have to give them a credit... read more

I scheduled an emergency meeting after I lost my vision and hearing for a few minutes. When I met with the physician's assistant (Melissa) she just looked at me said I looked fine... even after I explained my symptoms. So after 2 minutes, I left with no assistance and got billed $400 dollars.

Though the quality of medical care I received for an ear infection was very good, I would NOT recommend Physician's Immediate Care to anyone based on their unethical and predatory business practices. The company claims to take ALL insurances, and I fell for this lie (clearly well understood by the staff, because when my insurance company denied the claim, the account rep at Physician's Immediate Care asked if I had HMO and then stated that she knew they never accept their claims...even though it was very clear that HMO is wr... read more

At first, you think it is nice because you get in quickly and they have hours that are not typical of a doctor, but you just wait. Just wait and you will get an outrageous bill. Yes, outrageous. Keep in mind that you are likely only seeing a nurse. The bill that you will receive will likely make you sick again.

I went to this facility when I woke up with eye pain one morning....Thought the visit went smoothly...nothing that blew me away, but it worked for my needs....The PA prescribed me tobramyacin....I started following her directions....the next morning woke up with worse eye pain, and now in both eyes! I called back suggesting that maybe I need to be seen again...they told me to wait it out and keep on taking the eye drops....so, like a good little patient, I listened to what the PA said.....next morning I wake up with the wor... read more

I'm genuinely surprised there are any good reviews at all. The last two times I was there, I had absolutely horrible staff helping me. First time, I went in with pain with urination, and bloody pee. They said I was fine, and I later when to the emergency room for a kidney infection. Today, I went because everywhere else was closed (it's labor day), and NO one would help me. The receptionist was not at her post, rather, she was in the back room chatting it up with some other female. My boyfriend and I called out to them abo... read more

My experience here in terms of seeing a doctor was fine. My complaint is in the fees. I went in for a strep throat check. They gave me a 5 minute exam and administered a quick strep test and prescribed antibiotics. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Since this was much more convienient than the ER and my own doc.. I expected to pay a premium. My regular doc would charge about $150 so.. what kind of premium do we think would be reasonable? Now I'd like you all to guess how much? You have to guess because there is no... read more
