I am writing this review so no one else has to go through this. DO NOT GO THERE. I went to Physicians immediate care to get the Medical Examination done for my Green Card. They make you pay ahead for 3 visits, and they do not take insurance for this (other places do). This was the closest location where I could get this Medical Examination so I decided to do it there anyway. What a mistake. 1. The phlebotomist has no idea how to properly do a blood draw. One week later, most of my arm is still blue. 2. The nurse who revi... read more

This place was awful. Incompetent nurse didn't even know how to take blood pressure. It must've been her first day. But what I couldn't understand at all is why it took 75 mins to finally see a doctor for a physical. How long does it take to see a doctor? Never going back to this place. Ever

My background: Came in for a required medical examination spread over three visits. First two were routine blood tests, examining medical records and other tests. Third involved the doctor. Plus points: Availability of appointments, Dr Lava was great as well as one of medical assistants (Long black hair, glasses, very sweet). Negative points: 1. Not impressed with one of the nurse/assistant's attitude (She had dyed long blonde hair in a ponytail and on the heavier side). Condescending tone and impatient too. When i had q... read more

The Physician Assistant Julianne Wong was initially very nice. However, I am disappointed to say that Julianne needs to tailor her professionalism. She gave me the silent treatment and asked the nurse to act as an intermediary between the two of us. She did not acknowledge me or speak to me. I think this behavior shows her lack of immaturity and experience (Certified as a Physician Assistant in 2012)...she can benefit from a coaching opportunity. On the flip side, the actual Physician Vina is wonderful! She's very thoughtf... read more

Please be warned about their billing practices! Even with good insurance (BCBS PPO), this company wil charge whatever card they have on file for you (credit/debit) without your knowledge or consent for the entire amount not covered by your insurance company. I was unknowingly charged almost $500 from my debit card account for a balance that my insurance company did not cover. Instead of sending a bill or providing payment options to patients, you are on the hook for all of the money at their discretion and without knowledge... read more

Worst service and the most miserable people working at this facility. Monique, it doesn't hurt to smile at the customer. The physician, dr. Epner, was short with me, answered his phone during his 2 minute evaluation of my sore throat, wanted to give me an X-RAY! For a sore throat!!?!? I denied it of course! He prescribed me antibiotics with no testing done. When I questioned the nurse tech, she was rude, condescending stating "based on his medical education, he believes you need the antibiotics". I'm from the medical fiel... read more

I went here because I haven't had a voice in three weeks. I was treated two weeks earlier for bronchitis and the medicine didn't help. The doctor took x rays and said "your throat needs further evaluation so we are going to send to a radiologist". She said it was rushed so would be ready for results in an hour. Hour goes by, I hear nothing, 4 hours goes by, I hear nothing and call twice. They said they would call me back.. NOTHING. Next morning, I call - doctor isn't in. Never calls me back. I call again, finally, they look ... read more

While my score stands, I would like to add some followup. I received an email and a phone call from (what I'm guessing is) the main office. I don't remember his name but he was a doctor. He apologized that this happened to me and gave me the standard line of they were reviewing everything and taking measures to make sure that this never happened again. No idea what that means in the long run. I asked if anyone had looked at my x-rays and was told all x-rays are reviewed within 24 hours of being taken. Which prompted me to sa... read more

Went here for illness a week ago. The receptionist was friendly when I walked in. The wait in the lobby was very short. That's where the good went away and the bad came to stay. The medical assistant and the physician that saw me were cold, curt, and not very thorough. I had visited a CVS clinic half an hour before that had more questions asked and more care given. I sat waiting in the exam room for a grand total of 30 min to get a vial of blood drawn, then another 20 to get a "whoops we needed two vials" and get another dra... read more
