I went here because I haven't had a voice in three weeks. I was treated two weeks earlier for bronchitis and the medicine didn't help. The doctor took x rays and said "your throat needs further evaluation so we are going to send to a radiologist". She said it was rushed so would be ready for results in an hour. While my score stands, I would like to add some followup. I received an email and a phone call from (what I'm guessing is) the main office. I don't remember his name but he was a doctor. He apologized that this happened to me and gave me the standard line of they were reviewing everything and taking measures to make sure that this never happened again. Went here for illness a week ago. The receptionist was friendly when I walked in. The wait in the lobby was very short. That's where the good went away and the bad came to stay. The medical assistant and the physician that saw me were cold, curt, and not very thorough. I had visited a CVS clinic half an hour before that had more questions asked and more care given. I sat waiting in the exam room for a grand total of 30 min to get a vial of blood drawn, then another 20 to get a "whoops we needed two vials" and get another dra... read more
Been waiting for ever to do a drug test. I'm pissed off now because I was the only one here & then a guy who needed his TB read came after me & was seen before me! This guy is now gone, I'm still waiting - Ridiculous!!!
This place is a waste of time and money! The girls at the front desk are rude! The PA that saw me basically tried to pressure me into getting an MRI which I refused he kept convincing me my ankle sprain was a fracture. I had full ROM and was completely mobile with minor swelling I went to the ER when the sprain initially happened and they gave me an air splint and did an Xray and said it was a sprain. Absolute scam artists. I came in with a self diagnosed ear infection. I was seen for a total of 5 minutes. They prescribed me an antibiotic and then billed me $360 for 5-10 minutes of service, essentially just confirming the infection. The woman in billing says had I paid up front I would of only paid $125, which I would have 100% done had I known I'd be charged over double. Billing department said they'd get back me to me twice and never did and just sent another bill. The ER is cheaper than these guys. Don't go.
Came in here twice for a drug screen. The first time I was turned away, I was told they couldn't help me because my "ePassport", whatever that is, had expired. By 15 minutes. A fact I failed to notice because we are in central time and the passport was set in eastern time. The second time I was turned away was because their "eScreen" system was down. What any of this has to do with preventing a man from peeing in a cup, I'll never understand.
This place is ridiculous. I have been here a few times but the service and the billing is weird. The nurses and the doctors are horrible. The nurses have always been rude and uninterested in helping me. The doctors here don't seem to care much about their patients either. Multiple times I have been here and there has been 5 or 6 people just standing behind the counter hanging out while only 2 rooms are filled. The wait times are inconsistent too.
