I am sitting in the waiting room right now. I made an appointment last night for 10 am because I have work at 11. It's now 10:25. I also got here 20 mins early to get everything filled out. Honestly, what is the point of making an appointment if they're going to be late? There are TWO other people in the waiting room. This is unacceptable. Edit: it's now 10:47. We do try and see patients as quickly as possible, but sometimes the severity of a patient's injury takes longer than expected and pushes everything back. What is taking so long?! Street parking is not free in this area. I needed to take a drug test for my new job and the wait was ridiculous. There were only 5 people, including myself in the waiting room. I will never come back. Smh

Takes forrrrreeeevvveeerrrrr expect to wait at least 2 hours and be helped by mediocre medical staff. I highly advise against this establishment. Concentra, or staying sick would be better than this service.

This clinic as a whole has fairly poor customer service. This location in particular is often overbooked so you won't be able to get them to give you any attention. I would recommend going to the South Loop location or choosing another clinic altogether.

I'm giving it 2 stars because front desk was polite, dr was short but nice but the wait is long and whomever sent my prescription to the pharmacy screwed up. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived there on time. I waited 40 minutes before the nurse took me in to start the consultation. I mentioned I only need someone to look at my eye as it was irritated and inflamed but I was taken through the vitals process (I guess that is the standard). Went to the Oswego location in September for a lower back issue. I was given an Aspen Horizon 627 back brace as part of my treatment. They did not provide me with the cost of the device at that time it was given to me. I received a bill for $400 for the brace. This device retails for $117.75 - $149.99. Over 300% mark up. I have excellent health insurance but they only covered $100. Physicians Immediate Care refuses to work with me on the remaining balance. Very disappointing customer service and no accountability. I was really hoping that this would be the urgent care for me. I guess not. The first visit was fine - it was a walk-in yesterday, didn't take too long. They moved me through and helped me with an injection and Xray. They printed out and scheduled an appointment for me at 12:30 today for a follow-up. No worries. But today I came in at 12:20, signed in, and they put me on the schedule as a walk in with a 50+ minute wait. What the heck? Why would you give me a physical printout that shows the time and date I should come in... read more

I have excellent medical benefits and I am also covered under my husbands insurance. I wasn't feeling good so I walked in to physicians immediate care filled out the paperwork paid my $15 co-payment then the young lady requested a credit/debit card to keep on file why? If there's anything owed after insurance bill me she said they don't waiver on having a card on file? Really. Crooks. I will never go here again or recommend anyone go near this place.

I came here with some concerning symptoms but decided to forego a prescription to see how the condition progressed. The provider told me I could call back if symptoms did not improve and she would call in a prescription for me. I had to call the immediate care facility four times to get this done. Each time I called, I was told that someone would call me back but no one ever did. Days went by and I didn't know a prescription was FINALLY called in until my pharmacy called me.
