Dr. Lauren did such a great job with the steroid injection she did in my knee. They were accommodating kind . I didn't have to wait long to get in. I want to thank them all for the care I received yesterday. I am feeling so much better today.

Quick, clean, friendly, and caring. What more could you want from an urgent care? They also take insurance and you can make appointments online! Being sick is no fun but this place made the process easier.

I suppose that everyone's experience is different, and it depends on how much discomfort you are in, and how long you wait. I arrived to an empty waiting room. I was taken relatively quickly, and felt the doctor and PA took time to diagnose my affliction. They performed the appropriate test and with little to go on, managed a diagnosis. It was nice, when out-of-town, to be able to find a place to help with a urgent medical condition (certainly not life threatening) and get treated quickly. This is the second time that I visit Physicians Immediate Care. The service is great. The place is nice and clean. The front desk staff is courteous Dr. Dacanay gives me the right treatment. She listens and answers my questions. I am grateful for having this service in the area.

I brought my son in on a Thursday night expecting a somewhat "immediate" visit. As a courtesy, I called to ask if they would see him as it was so close to their closing time. The gal said they see patients up to fifteen minutes before closing. We were there an hour before that time. It was nice and clean, but there was no one at the desk. A wonderful place, a true godsend in this neighborhood. I cannot say enough about how great the staff and care are here, and the truly 'immediate care' I received. Not only did they get me in in a matter of minutes, they were able to do everything from exam to xray to diagnosis in a flash..they gave me the right treatment, instructions, and procedures. This place is absolutely terrible. We are here now for my son's shoulder injury and the place is completely empty and it still took them 45 minutes to take him into a room. The receptionist was extremely rude and spent the entire time looking up wigs and hair extensions on her computer. Horrible customer care. The nurse and practitioner were fantastic and very nice and caring!

Beware!!! Went in to have my son checked on, as he had tooth pain. Went over what i had done at home to help him with the pain and they informed me thats all that could be dine and would just have to see a dentist so they can look further into it. The NP/RN leaves and another nurse comes in to test my son for covid/flu/rsv, even though we didnt go in for any respiratory issues or mention it. Was explained its standard procedure. I get a bill months later, where i owe for these tests done when they didnt need to. Scammers...b... read more
