Not a great experience. I made an "appointment" (not sure why they offer this- it really didn't help make the process any speedier) and had to wait about a half hour before even going back with the nurse. Once in the exam room the nurse did the routine check and said there were a couple of people in front of me so it would be a little while before the doctor saw me. 45 minutes later the doctor finally came in and checked my lungs and concluded I didn't have bronchitis, but wanted to do a flu test. Second (and last time) visiting this location. Last time I was told I had a minor cold only to end up in the emergency room later that day with a bronchial infection and severe dehydration. Tried there a second time with basically the same result. (Shame on me for going back) Seems like they don't do a thorough exam before giving a diagnosis. They are fast though. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I'll look for more experienced doctors or wait to see my regular doctor next time.

This place is terrible. Being someone from the medical field I thought this was going to be a thorough experience. These guys are newbs who rather than going by case evaluation stick to the literature. What a waste of time. The nurses are rude and condescending. I will never again return to this place. What a waste of time.
