This shouldn't be called immediate care. My husband just went in for a work physical and we waited 4 hours. We won't be coming back to this location.

The receptionist when I arrived here was not a professional. This is a place for healing but she was condescending, just don't give me that tone and I'd appreciate you more. My pitch wasn't even high. The receptionist told me that their system was down and they can't verify my queue and after I walked out due to the unprofessional conduct, they canceled my appointment. Wow.

This location is really bad with billing & we got overcharged by 200$. We came in for a normal cough checkup, there were no patients in the Clinic. We were in and out within 20 min that included 10 minutes for registration and a less than 10 min exam by the Physician and Nurse who took vitals. Later we were billed for 45+ Minutes for Physician exam which came close to 300$. Slightly fractured my finger and went in to have it looked at. The doctor took an x-ray and gave me an outdated splint which didn't fit. They coded this as a surgery. They asked me to follow up with them. This follow up triggered a automatic coding as a surgery and billed me 900 dollars. After insurance I was asked to pay over 500 dollars. Upon speaking with both my insurance agency and Physians Immediate care they did not attempt to work with me on the coding issue. Not a great experience. I made an "appointment" (not sure why they offer this- it really didn't help make the process any speedier) and had to wait about a half hour before even going back with the nurse. Once in the exam room the nurse did the routine check and said there were a couple of people in front of me so it would be a little while before the doctor saw me. 45 minutes later the doctor finally came in and checked my lungs and concluded I didn't have bronchitis, but wanted to do a flu test. Second (and last time) visiting this location. Last time I was told I had a minor cold only to end up in the emergency room later that day with a bronchial infection and severe dehydration. Tried there a second time with basically the same result. (Shame on me for going back) Seems like they don't do a thorough exam before giving a diagnosis. They are fast though. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I'll look for more experienced doctors or wait to see my regular doctor next time.

This place is terrible. Being someone from the medical field I thought this was going to be a thorough experience. These guys are newbs who rather than going by case evaluation stick to the literature. What a waste of time. The nurses are rude and condescending. I will never again return to this place. What a waste of time.
