Took a coworker here . First of all jo handicap door. So I went in to ask for a wheelchair and there were 2 front desk girls looking at their phones , they told me to take the chair that it was fine. Once I came back to the door with my coworker they look at me struggling opening the door and trying to get my coworker they it and instead of helping they just kept looking at me while I struggle going they the door with the wheelchair. I attend the facility at 2pm. I am told my appointment will be an hour later at 3 pm. I come back at 3 and sit in the waiting room at 2:50. It is now 4:00pm, there are two women at reception that have been having side conversations this while time, they are open to the whole room. I go to reception at 4 and ask what's up. "oh you should have checked in sir". Is it normal to have random people just sit in your facility for over an hour and no one says a word to them? Shit customer service.

My three year old son went in for stitches. My husband left his Mickey Mouse bomber jacket behind, and nobody turned it in. Very disappointing - especially after a traumatic experience. Jacket is sold out everywhere and can't be replaced.

Brought my son here last night because there wasn't a wait. Walked in and was instantly turned away to go to the ER. My son was having high fevers for two days and had no effect with Alternating Tylenol and Motrin. The girl at the front desk asked me if he was dehydrated and said that they can't do IV fluids or get results right away. Immediate care but can't get immediate results. Omg Makes complete sense!!! This shouldn't be called immediate care. My husband just went in for a work physical and we waited 4 hours. We won't be coming back to this location.

The receptionist when I arrived here was not a professional. This is a place for healing but she was condescending, just don't give me that tone and I'd appreciate you more. My pitch wasn't even high. The receptionist told me that their system was down and they can't verify my queue and after I walked out due to the unprofessional conduct, they canceled my appointment. Wow.

This location is really bad with billing & we got overcharged by 200$. We came in for a normal cough checkup, there were no patients in the Clinic. We were in and out within 20 min that included 10 minutes for registration and a less than 10 min exam by the Physician and Nurse who took vitals. Later we were billed for 45+ Minutes for Physician exam which came close to 300$. Slightly fractured my finger and went in to have it looked at. The doctor took an x-ray and gave me an outdated splint which didn't fit. They coded this as a surgery. They asked me to follow up with them. This follow up triggered a automatic coding as a surgery and billed me 900 dollars. After insurance I was asked to pay over 500 dollars.
