I will NEVER return to PIC or Wellnow. The visit seemed routine (though ultimately was a misdiagnosis), but the billing was horrendous. Since they use third-party billing, you can't talk to anyone at the location about it so it's only over the phone at an unknown location and they have refused on multiple occasions to give me access to a supervisor. This place is absolutely terrible. We are here now for my son's shoulder injury and the place is completely empty and it still took them 45 minutes to take him into a room. The receptionist was extremely rude and spent the entire time looking up wigs and hair extensions on her computer. Horrible customer care. The nurse and practitioner were fantastic and very nice and caring!

Beware!!! Went in to have my son checked on, as he had tooth pain. Went over what i had done at home to help him with the pain and they informed me thats all that could be dine and would just have to see a dentist so they can look further into it. The NP/RN leaves and another nurse comes in to test my son for covid/flu/rsv, even though we didnt go in for any respiratory issues or mention it. Was explained its standard procedure. The location itself is fine, and they might be able to help, but there's a serious issue you need to know about. If you give them a credit card for your co-pay--whether in person or over the phone--they will store your card information permanently, and you will have no ability to remove it. I strongly recommend not providing a credit card and reading every form carefully before agreeing to anything. What should be a simple $30+ co-pay can quickly balloon into $300 or more. I never write reviews but this was a bad experience. I had an ear infection and I came for a 11:20 appointment, even came in early and didn't see my doctor until 12:45. I was late getting back to work and the workers were rude when I expressed concern This physicians care did not respect my time and did not care

WARNING: I came here with my husband, and I was really sick. We have health insurance through his employer. First off, it was an empty waiting room with a stupid QR code. We filled out the information. I accidentally filled it out wrong. So I had to refill it out. I went there once for a UTI. Like others I had an appointment but sat in an empty waiting room. Upon finally being escorted to a room I sat and waited for the PA. Yes, you have a UTI and we will send the script over to your pharmacy. The sample will be sent out and we will call you if the lab states that this antibiotic will not clear the infection. My credit card was hacked with their sign in device. I called & spoke to a manager, she did not believe me.
If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time wasn't bad this time around. The physicians assistant was very kind and helpful. My problem was with the extremely dismissive and rude doctor. My concerns were not addressed and felt uncomfortable. If possible please avoid this location!
