The location itself is fine, and they might be able to help, but there's a serious issue you need to know about. If you give them a credit card for your co-pay--whether in person or over the phone--they will store your card information permanently, and you will have no ability to remove it. I strongly recommend not providing a credit card and reading every form carefully before agreeing to anything. What should be a simple $30+ co-pay can quickly balloon into $300 or more. I never write reviews but this was a bad experience. I had an ear infection and I came for a 11:20 appointment, even came in early and didn't see my doctor until 12:45. I was late getting back to work and the workers were rude when I expressed concern This physicians care did not respect my time and did not care

WARNING: I came here with my husband, and I was really sick. We have health insurance through his employer. First off, it was an empty waiting room with a stupid QR code. We filled out the information. I accidentally filled it out wrong. So I had to refill it out. Then their computer system couldn't "talk" to our insurance and they wanted us to pay an unknown amount to be seen. Yeah, no. We left. I went there once for a UTI. Like others I had an appointment but sat in an empty waiting room. Upon finally being escorted to a room I sat and waited for the PA. Yes, you have a UTI and we will send the script over to your pharmacy. The sample will be sent out and we will call you if the lab states that this antibiotic will not clear the infection. Over a week goes by and I still had the infection. I called several times only to be told that the lab report still had not been read and they had the report back for a week. No... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time wasn't bad this time around. The physicians assistant was very kind and helpful. My problem was with the extremely dismissive and rude doctor. My concerns were not addressed and felt uncomfortable. If possible please avoid this location!

White male provider was inappropriate, belligerent, confrontational. I left without being treated. He followed me to car and banged on my car windows while I was on phone with 911. Psycho! And nobody in the clinic stepped up.

They are everything that is wrong with customer service at healthcare. From reception, to care provider, communication, interaction, attitude.. not one single redeeming quality about this place. Went for an appointment that they said was in and out and waited for almost an hour before I was called in. Then they disappeared again for another hour When asked about how long it would be. I came on on Friday because online it said walk-ins. 10 min wait at around 4pm. Walked in they said they do not take walk-ins. So I waited.out the weekend, but woke up Monday in so much pain, shoulder/neck, I needed to see someone immediately. I could not get in with my Dr. So I called at 9am and made an a same.day appointment for 1:30. It is now 3pm and I am still sitting in the room.
