White male provider was inappropriate, belligerent, confrontational. I left without being treated. He followed me to car and banged on my car windows while I was on phone with 911. Psycho! And nobody in the clinic stepped up.
They are everything that is wrong with customer service at healthcare. From reception, to care provider, communication, interaction, attitude.. not one single redeeming quality about this place. Went for an appointment that they said was in and out and waited for almost an hour before I was called in. Then they disappeared again for another hour When asked about how long it would be. I came on on Friday because online it said walk-ins. 10 min wait at around 4pm. Walked in they said they do not take walk-ins. So I waited.out the weekend, but woke up Monday in so much pain, shoulder/neck, I needed to see someone immediately. I could not get in with my Dr. So I called at 9am and made an a same.day appointment for 1:30. It is now 3pm and I am still sitting in the room. Unreal. This needs to be a ZERO star review. Made an appointment for 2:30, sat in the parking lot till almost 4, waiting for a call. My phone rings and I run inside; surprise! *Supposedly* no one had called me, but they evidently couldn't send me back out to my car - again. I finally see a PA (who was sympathetic, but used a blood pressure cuff that was entirely too large resulting in an inaccurate reading) and am told 4 people are ahead of me, *none* of whom were there when I arrived. I would give them 0 if I could. They made my 80 year old mom sit there for 3 hours why taking other walk in that came there after her. They were rude and unprofessional. When she asked why she was not being taken care of when they were taking other walk ins. When she said she was leaving because she was tired and back was bothering from sitting there they didn't even care.

Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient’s sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
How is this place an immediate care when you need an appointment and still have to wait 4 hours to see a doctor?
Supposed 15-20 minute wait for my rapid PCR I need (even though I'm vaccinated, weird) and it's been 62 minutes so far. The staff is nice-ish but this is ridiculous.
I'm writing this review as I sit here waiting for 45 minutes now after my scheduled appointment... what's the point in making an appointment if we aren't going to be seen on time?? I'm also the only person in the waiting room THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a joke.
Twice in 2 days, I made an appointment, pre-registered, and arrived 15 minutes early, as requested. Was told to wait in my car & they'd call me when it was my turn to be seen. The first time I waited 30 minutes & left. I never even got a call at all! The second time, had a 12:20pm appointment. I waited for 30 minutes & called them & was told it would be another 20 minutes.
