The staff is rude, they don't triage there AT ALLLLLLL. My bf got bitten by a dog and was bleeding all morning until I finally took him in and waited over 2 hours (I asked for gauze as soon as we got there. He sat down and I sat on the floor next to him to keep pressure to the open wound from dripping on the floor. Had to come in to do a drug screening for my new employer. I was told it was an hour wait when I already had an appointment a full bladder and was told I had to hold it for an hour and couldn't give me the because there is nothing they can do. Very poor service when I wasn't even coming in due to personal illness or being hurt and seeing a MD wasnt needed.

If i could give this place less than one star i would do it in a heartbeat. I scheduled an appointment as requested by the facility showed up at the designated time one of the staff showed up to greet me about 10 minutes later after putting in her PPE in front of me just to tell me that she'll call me and to go back and wait in my car. After 35 minutes a staff member called me to collect payment and told me to wait for another call to be seen. Very poor service. My boyfriend was suppose to come and get tested a Wednesday because his job had asked him to make a covid test and the place told him they didn't have any equipment,they only have equipment Mondays,Wednesday and fridays and they assured him they would have equipment by Friday. We come Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. Today he was standing in the line and the employees told everyone that was in the line outside that they had to go because they didn't have anymore equipment. I went in to do a drug screening for a job. Everything was okay. Everyone was doing their job. I noticed that lady who was checking people in didn't take a woman's temperature or changed her gloves, she was checking people in and using the computer. I got called in for the test, completed it and the nurse told me to go out through the door where they were doing Covid-19 testing!!!!! Poor Management of time. I made an appointment the night before and then still waited over an hour past my appointment

Took a coworker here . First of all jo handicap door. So I went in to ask for a wheelchair and there were 2 front desk girls looking at their phones , they told me to take the chair that it was fine. Once I came back to the door with my coworker they look at me struggling opening the door and trying to get my coworker they it and instead of helping they just kept looking at me while I struggle going they the door with the wheelchair. I attend the facility at 2pm. I am told my appointment will be an hour later at 3 pm. I come back at 3 and sit in the waiting room at 2:50. It is now 4:00pm, there are two women at reception that have been having side conversations this while time, they are open to the whole room. I go to reception at 4 and ask what's up. "oh you should have checked in sir". Is it normal to have random people just sit in your facility for over an hour and no one says a word to them? Shit customer service.

My three year old son went in for stitches. My husband left his Mickey Mouse bomber jacket behind, and nobody turned it in. Very disappointing - especially after a traumatic experience. Jacket is sold out everywhere and can't be replaced.
