I made an appointment 2:10 arrive 15 min before like the ask then they call me like 2:49 to get in Wait almost an hr for the doctor then he left come back like an other hr. I left the place 5:20 for something minor I hope I never come back there

Made an appointment. Arrived during my appointment time and was told that I have to wait 45 min to an hour. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait? This is waisted time and gas. This information could have been communicated to me when I made the appointment. Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about insurance procedures. Will never return.

My wife took our toddler for a covid rapid test. She got there 10 minutes before the booked appointment. She is 8 months pregnant and they made them wait 90 minutes in the car. These people completely lacked any compassion for them and they had to suffer through this whole ordeal when this was supposed to be a quick test. We will not return.

The staff is rude, they don't triage there AT ALLLLLLL. My bf got bitten by a dog and was bleeding all morning until I finally took him in and waited over 2 hours (I asked for gauze as soon as we got there. He sat down and I sat on the floor next to him to keep pressure to the open wound from dripping on the floor. Had to come in to do a drug screening for my new employer. I was told it was an hour wait when I already had an appointment a full bladder and was told I had to hold it for an hour and couldn't give me the because there is nothing they can do. Very poor service when I wasn't even coming in due to personal illness or being hurt and seeing a MD wasnt needed.

If i could give this place less than one star i would do it in a heartbeat. I scheduled an appointment as requested by the facility showed up at the designated time one of the staff showed up to greet me about 10 minutes later after putting in her PPE in front of me just to tell me that she'll call me and to go back and wait in my car. After 35 minutes a staff member called me to collect payment and told me to wait for another call to be seen. Very poor service. My boyfriend was suppose to come and get tested a Wednesday because his job had asked him to make a covid test and the place told him they didn't have any equipment,they only have equipment Mondays,Wednesday and fridays and they assured him they would have equipment by Friday. I went in to do a drug screening for a job. Everything was okay. Everyone was doing their job. I noticed that lady who was checking people in didn't take a woman's temperature or changed her gloves, she was checking people in and using the computer. I got called in for the test, completed it and the nurse told me to go out through the door where they were doing Covid-19 testing!!!!!
