This was a quick and painless visit but expensive. Their website states that a physician visit can cost as little as $70. I was charged $200 for a 5 minute visit with the doctor to look in my son's ears (I should say ear because the second he moved when she went to check his other ear she said lets just treat him, it's clear he has an infection). Staff was extremely rude. The desk girl must have thought she had a PhD herself and thought she knew it all. The male tech had more attitude then a 5 year old pageant princess. Don't go here if you're sick and miserable. It's not worth it at all. If I could give less than one star I would. STAY AWAY!

(This review is based on my personal observations and experiences and is therefore a lay, not expert, opinion. I have visited approximately six doctors. In the interest of potential patients, I write this review to warn of an expensive and incompetent "practice.") I went here because I had a cough, tightness in my chest and that "sick feeling". I wanted to get antibiotics early so I didn't miss work. The doctor (I think Dr Shah) refused, saying it was probably viral, that I should just drink fluids and that I could come back if it worsened. Very unhelpful staff. I was trying to get detailed statements of payment from them and had a form I needed the doctor to fill out to file for insurance (because even though they take my insurance, they decided they weren't going to file for me in this one particular instance), but the person at the desk (I had to deal with two different individuals on two different occasions trying to get paperwork from them, and they were both the same--must be an epidemic with the staff at this clinic) just sat there and unapologetically ... read more
The examination room was dirty as was the rest of the facility short of the waiting room. The nurse had poor bedside manners and the doctor was indifferent. In contrast I was seen within a short amount of time.

Although the staff was pleasant and the visit efficient, the price to receive care here if you have insurance is ridiculous! Caution, the office visits are $260 and lab work for my daughter's visit was over $500. I was told if I had no insurance I would pay $130 for the office visit. I'm waiting to hear back from their billing specialist.
