A few weeks ago, my fiancé spent 2 days really ill in bed with what he thought was some kind of throat infection. I was here 4 days ago and was diagnosed with a bacterial sinus infection and prescribed augmentin. 4 days later, I've not improved. I can barley hold my right eye open. The pain on my head is unbearable. I've barely slept a wink since last week. I came back today and had to pay a second $60 copay. They don't even have "follow up" visit costs. This upset me. I have an immediate care center that I typically go to when sudden illness strikes, and it is not this one. I went to this one because it's about 5 blocks from my job and I was feeling sick while I was at work. It all started when I woke up with a scratchy throat on Friday morning. I have been feeling terrible the past few days with a terrible sore throat, white spots in my throat, nausea, etc... I went in yesterday and told them I think I have strep throat. The woman that swabbed me barely put the q-tip in my throat and sent it for testing. I was shocked a few minutes later when they told me I was negative. I've been to Physicians many times at different locations and this one. I've ALWAYS had great doctors with such understanding and respect for their patients. Unfortunately, this last time was not so pleasant. Long story: I went in a couple weeks ago for a sore throat which I believed was strep (white dots in throat, fever, couldn't stand, dizzy, body hurt so bad, tonsils swollen, headache etc.) got tested for both strep and flu, fortunately they both came back negative. I called the day before to schedule the first appointment of the day - an 8am appointment - for the following day so that I could go straight to work afterward. I arrived at 7:58 to doors that were still locked. Finally at 8:03 the staff member moseyed to unlock the door without making eye contact then walked back in without saying a word. I have used this clinic often. I think the doctors are skilled and wonderful. Unfortunately the front desk staff is so rude and unprofessional, I will no longer go to this immediate care. I made an appointment with a specific time online for my son. I arrived 30 minutes early. The woman at the front took my insurance card then ordered me to sit down. Awful. Tried to give them a chance twice. Sorry, I don't feel like spending hundreds of dollars for someone to spend five minutes with me to tell me I need to eat chicken noodle soup and rest up. Especially when experiencing vomiting and not being able to breathe. Ugh.

Horrible experience. I came here before and the service was respectful. Today, I came with my daughter that had high fever. We checked in online and we got to the office we were told that it will be an hour waiting time. I was disappointed and frustrated as my 3 years old girl was not feeling well so I asked the front desk person if she can help me locate another clinic that could help us sooner.
