While I hope you, Dear Reader, never need to use Immediate MD, it's nice to know it's around, in case you ever (hypothetically, of course) face-plant on some concrete while running down a ramp to catch a train and end up breaking your nose. We went here today just because it's so close to our house & unlike minute clinic, they see children under 18 months! The staff was very nice, service was quick & the facility is brand new with many capabilities beyond what our needs were today. What I liked most was the fact that the MD we saw has over 15 years of experience in family medicine so I knew we were in capable hands. This place is great ! I stepped on a piece of fiber optic cable and a piece broke off deep in my toe..Dr .Macumber and his staff removed the wire and treated the infection.Very professional.frendly and affordable

I decided to try this place out as it is very close to my house and has extended hours. I was impressed. I was feeling awful for over a week (could barely stand or walk I would get so dizzy) and could not kick whatever was bringing me down. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and two days later I am feeling a whole lot better. The facilities are new and beautiful. I sliced my finger while preparing dinner for my birthday party. I knew I needed stitches, the cut was very deep and I could not stop the bleeding. I remembered getting a flyer in the mail and remembered where the center was. I did not want to go to the ER and spend my afternoon there. I needed help asap! There was no wait to get in aside from filling out the normal paperwork, and all the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy they had an x-ray machine on site (many of these places don't) because I was unsure if I had broken a bone. The place was very new and clean-looking; I will definitely go back here if I have something else come up!

Scheduled an appointment for a flu test. I came in obviously extremely ill. They tried to charge me for the full visit, even though I showed them coming up as in-network in my insurance app and my insurance card showed the correct copay. They refused to call my insurance company to clarify. I left and drove to Endeavor where I was seen quickly and my insurance was run correctly.

This place is a scam. They passed off a Physician's Assistant (Patrick Stagg) as an actual Doctor. I only found out he was a physician's assistant and not an actual doctor when i double checked his prescription with ChatGPT, and it looks like he prescribed the wrong medicine. When I googled the "Doctor's" name, I saw him listed as a physician's assistant.
