We went here today just because it's so close to our house & unlike minute clinic, they see children under 18 months! The staff was very nice, service was quick & the facility is brand new with many capabilities beyond what our needs were today. What I liked most was the fact that the MD we saw has over 15 years of experience in family medicine so I knew we were in capable hands. This place is great ! I stepped on a piece of fiber optic cable and a piece broke off deep in my toe..Dr .Macumber and his staff removed the wire and treated the infection.Very professional.frendly and affordable

I decided to try this place out as it is very close to my house and has extended hours. I was impressed. I was feeling awful for over a week (could barely stand or walk I would get so dizzy) and could not kick whatever was bringing me down. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic and two days later I am feeling a whole lot better. The facilities are new and beautiful. I sliced my finger while preparing dinner for my birthday party. I knew I needed stitches, the cut was very deep and I could not stop the bleeding. I remembered getting a flyer in the mail and remembered where the center was. I did not want to go to the ER and spend my afternoon there. I needed help asap! There was no wait to get in aside from filling out the normal paperwork, and all the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy they had an x-ray machine on site (many of these places don't) because I was unsure if I had broken a bone. The place was very new and clean-looking; I will definitely go back here if I have something else come up!

Rudest front desk person I have ever encountered. I was going in for a work screening - I saw all the bad reviews, but figured it didn't matter for this. Basically threatened that I would have to pay for the employment screening. Wouldn't answer a simple question. Now I know to avoid like the plague when anyone in my family needs care. Worst healthcare experience of my life.

While I think the quality of care is good here, I checked my credit card statement at the end of the month and discovered a $360 charge to PIC along with the $25 copay to my insurance company for an August visit. I called the billing department and they stated that they charged me for the service and that I would be reimbursed once the insurance went through. That makes so sense. Don't go here. Wish I'd read all these one-star reviews before going. It's weird enough that you have to pre-pay for a service before you receive it, but on top of that it's a drab, austere place where my medical information was written down on a pad of post-it notes. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for an ear infection, which I had to go back three times to finally get the right care, but that's not the biggest issue. The billing is a scam, I do not have insurance so paid $175 up front. I was told this covered the visit and follow ups. A week later I get a bill for $150. There is no explanation on the bill of what that is for. I call billing immediately and speak with someone who said they will review it and I will get an updated bill in the mail.
