I called the day before to schedule the first appointment of the day - an 8am appointment - for the following day so that I could go straight to work afterward. I arrived at 7:58 to doors that were still locked. Finally at 8:03 the staff member moseyed to unlock the door without making eye contact then walked back in without saying a word. I have used this clinic often. I think the doctors are skilled and wonderful. Unfortunately the front desk staff is so rude and unprofessional, I will no longer go to this immediate care. I made an appointment with a specific time online for my son. I arrived 30 minutes early. The woman at the front took my insurance card then ordered me to sit down. Awful. Tried to give them a chance twice. Sorry, I don't feel like spending hundreds of dollars for someone to spend five minutes with me to tell me I need to eat chicken noodle soup and rest up. Especially when experiencing vomiting and not being able to breathe. Ugh.
Horrible experience. I came here before and the service was respectful. Today, I came with my daughter that had high fever. We checked in online and we got to the office we were told that it will be an hour waiting time. I've been to this practice a few times now and am consistently underwhelmed. Today I went for a burn. The dr that came in didn't use hand sanitizer before grabbing gloves and then proceeded to touch my burn- far from sterile or gold standard care for a burn with open blisters. They offered to dress the burn but when the medical assistant came in with an open, used package of unsterile gauze, used tube of silver sufla cream and some tape I decided to pass. Please be aware before going to this location...either one or two things has occurred, the website listing regarding the accepted insurance plans is incorrect or the staff needs to be more effectively trained on the accepted insurance. I have never used a urgent care/immediate care facility, however, due to my work hours, I was compelled to give it a try to avoid taking off a day of work. The girl who calls about past due bills is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Shortly after the bill was past due, she called while I was at work. I asked if she could call back later or just leave a message because I wasn't in a position to write anything down. This was a quick and painless visit but expensive. Their website states that a physician visit can cost as little as $70. I was charged $200 for a 5 minute visit with the doctor to look in my son's ears (I should say ear because the second he moved when she went to check his other ear she said lets just treat him, it's clear he has an infection). Staff was extremely rude. The desk girl must have thought she had a PhD herself and thought she knew it all. The male tech had more attitude then a 5 year old pageant princess. Don't go here if you're sick and miserable. It's not worth it at all. If I could give less than one star I would. STAY AWAY!

In some cases certain insurances are not accepted as in network with our facility.
