TLDR: Beware, deceptive billing practices. Lots of urgent care choices, go somewhere else. Went in for a TB quantiferon blood test for work and paid out of pocket. Was told over the phone and in person cost was 125 dollars which I paid up front. Two months later got a separate bill from quest lab for 384 dollars! Talked to billing and told it would be taken care of. Instead got a followup over due notice from Quest two months after that. Quest said no one reached out and so then talked to billing. Guess what, they now said... read more

They are understaffed and still book "full house " appointments , leaving you to wait an hour to see the doctor. The office is bare and depressing, not enough chairs in the waiting room. There are too many other Urgent Care facilities in the area to deal with this location. Never again.

The services the offer are good and treated for an emergency for a mallet finger. Their billing on the contrary is the most horrible part of dealing with them. If I could give them negative stars I sure do it. One year dealing with my insurance trying to reach them multiple times for sending them an explanation of benefits that they ignored to send me to a debt collection that will affect my creditworness and most likely I will need to pay from my pocket. I will look into my legal options. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH A SH... read more

In just a couple words, it smells poorly, like mold, it's not very clean, and the doctors are not good and will mis diagnose you. Avoid at all costs.

This location takes my insurance. They even called my insurance before I saw anyone to find out what amount that I would have to pay out of pocket . I paid that amount on the spot and then months later was billed an additional $140 without any context. Spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get an explanation with the billing department and they were not help beyond that I owe more money and blamed the front office staff for telling me incorrect information. Ridiculous.

When I visited this location on July 21, 2024 I was charged $165 on the spot for my visit. I was confused because I have insurance, this facility is in-network and I was sick. I later found out that their billing system had issues confirming patient information with Blue Cross Blue Shield on the weekends, so they billed people out-of-pocket when this happened. Feels a little unethical considering the problem is with their system and not the patient, but I was assured I would be reimbursed if/when my insurance paid for the vi... read more

Front desk customer service associate earns this place a star because she was efficient and nice. They ran out of drug screening cups so I couldn't do the only thing I came here for. I even selected it as an option online while reserving a time slot. This is the only place close to me so now I have to go a long way out of my way for a screening.

I'm grateful that Physicians Immediate Care in Chicago was there when I needed urgent care (I was visiting from out of state and got the worst sore throat ever), but my experience left much to be desired. The facility was less than ideal; the interior seemed a bit unkempt and the inclusion of a snack basket in the waiting room was somewhat off-putting. Idk why you would need shareable snacks in a sick person waiting room... ew Things took a more concerning turn when I was finally seen. I had a nasty sore throat and was con... read more

Do not come here. Was told to come back the next day for X-ray. When I came back they told me they do not do them at all. I've been in pain and they were rude and unhelpful. When I told them I had one done last year they said that was last year. Avoid the place!!! For real
