Have just moved here, and had to see a doctor immediately. Great facility, short waiting times, and very knowledgeable doctors. Really appreciate the help provided.
I've stopped in here twice and had a good experience both times. I broke my toe and hobbled here one cold winter afternoon where I was promptly seated and seen by the doctor. She was so great and I was in an out within thirty minutes. The nurse was also hilarious and I had a great time chatting with him. During the night I woke up with an uncomfortable pain in my right eye. I considered going to the emergency room but dreaded the long wait. I suffered for a few additional hours and then decided to go to Physicians Immediate care because it opened earlier than the other closer immediate care center. I am glad that I did. They either don't want to work, or don't like providing support to people of color. I watched the staff be unwilling to assist or provide terrible service to multiple people of color. I personally was misdiagnosed and barely offered a prescription. 0/10 service.
Update: Sent an email to wellnow per their request to address my billing issues and never received a response back. Called wellnow for a 5th time regarding my refund for the copay of $98.09 that should not have been taken in the first place, just to be advised by the agent that it was sitting on the account as a credit and the only way to receive it back was to call and request it be refunded, which she intern said she would escalate to another group to look into. Loved Physicians Immediate Care before they became part of Well Now. Very disappointed in the billing processes since Wellnow took over. We have been going for years to Physician Immediate care and will no longer be going anymore, which seems to be the sediment of a lot of families in the area. We provide our insurance, which is NO co-pay for immediate care and then to be seen they advise per our insurance that we have to pay $98.09. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Whoever was working the front desk today (FEB 15 2025) should be fired, easily the rudest human being I've ever encountered. Hung up on us when we were trying to make an appointment. Tried to get an X-ray and it was nearly impossible and we were told they could only do a certain type of X-ray and not one that can detect broken bones. Go literally anywhere else but here.

This place is terrible and staff was not very helpful. Had an appointment and waited almost 2 hours. Don't provide appointments if you are understaffed.
Went in on 12/14 around 7pm with our 7 month old with a cold with potential fever. The first person to come in the room believe her name was Rosa, cut my wife off as she was telling her what had happened and how he's been feeling. As my wife was giving Rosa the story of how he's been all day, she cut her off and said , "I need to hear HIS symptoms" as if the story didn't matter.
