Have just moved here, and had to see a doctor immediately. Great facility, short waiting times, and very knowledgeable doctors. Really appreciate the help provided.
I've stopped in here twice and had a good experience both times. I broke my toe and hobbled here one cold winter afternoon where I was promptly seated and seen by the doctor. She was so great and I was in an out within thirty minutes. The nurse was also hilarious and I had a great time chatting with him. The second time I went back, I was seen promptly as well (urgent care that's actually urgent WOO). I wanted to check in on my toe and get a couple other things checked while I was there. The doctor (might have been an NP? I ... read more
During the night I woke up with an uncomfortable pain in my right eye. I considered going to the emergency room but dreaded the long wait. I suffered for a few additional hours and then decided to go to Physicians Immediate care because it opened earlier than the other closer immediate care center. I am glad that I did. The office staff was polite and I saw the nurse practicioner within 10 minutes of arriving. She was thorough, polite and professional. She listened to my questions and took her time to answer all of my ... read more
Watch out!!! This clinic is desperately in need of a formal investigation. I visited when I had an unrelenting cough. I was the only patient and it took 45 minutes to check me in. When I said I was too sick for this kind of "urgent" care and started to leave, a medical assistant and then a PA saw me. They took my blood pressure and did a swab and although I later discovered from my regular doctor that I had pneumonia, they sent me home with comments in the summary, which I'm paraphrasing - "her lungs sounded clear... and... read more
I went to Physicians Immediate Care (after checking on my insurance provider's website that they are in network) to get tested for covid and flu. The front desk intake process was awful; the receptionist was so cold, and they make you do the check in with an ipad while you're sitting there coughing. The nurse was nicer. She suggested that since I reported sore throat I should also be checked for strep; I agreed. I didn't ask how much this would be; but since I had insurance I assumed I'd pay some money as I haven't met my de... read more

Go literally anywhere else!!! If I could give no stars I would. Absurd fees for walking in with in their business hours. Had me take tests I didn't need. Then proceed to send me to the hospital because my "virals were concerning"...after a visit to the ER where that doctor said physicians immediate care wasted my time and money, I still left the ER with a lower bill than I got there.... $700+ for both of them to say I have a bad cold or some virus that will clear up with over the counter medicine. Also being a new patient ... read more

I use to go to this urgent care often but since they were acquired by well now my experience has been nothing short of horrific. Overcharged for everything, for simple tests and for healthcare which would be better distanced by chat gpt. I recently suffered a fall and went to get checked out, the doctor didn't say anything to me, didn't even perform any tests or touch around my injury to check for anything at all. I even had to ask for a prescription (which was never called in my the office to the pharmacy). While waiting at... read more

I don't understand why anyone would go to a PIC outlet when there are established physicians readily available. I was turned off on my first visit when they wanted my credit card information when I visited for a free Covid-19 shot. They explained that way they could bill my CC for outstanding bills without notifying me. * That's not how billing works!

This is a scam, do not come here. I walked in because of a cough, was and was immediately bombarded with ads for their own off-brand GLP-1, including a mandatory survey about if I was interested. I was also asked by both the receptionist and physician if I was interested in learning more. I thought that was strange and seemed sketchy. I saw the doctor for 5 minutes and received a Covid test. The doctor was perfectly nice. Then I received a bill that I thought was incorrect, so I called. It turns out, every patient who walks ... read more
