Loved Physicians Immediate Care before they became part of Well Now. Very disappointed in the billing processes since Wellnow took over. We have been going for years to Physician Immediate care and will no longer be going anymore, which seems to be the sediment of a lot of families in the area. We provide our insurance, which is NO co-pay for immediate care and then to be seen they advise per our insurance that we have to pay $98.09. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Whoever was working the front desk today (FEB 15 2025) should be fired, easily the rudest human being I've ever encountered. Hung up on us when we were trying to make an appointment. Tried to get an X-ray and it was nearly impossible and we were told they could only do a certain type of X-ray and not one that can detect broken bones. Go literally anywhere else but here.

This place is terrible and staff was not very helpful. Had an appointment and waited almost 2 hours. Don't provide appointments if you are understaffed.

Went in on 12/14 around 7pm with our 7 month old with a cold with potential fever. The first person to come in the room believe her name was Rosa, cut my wife off as she was telling her what had happened and how he's been feeling. As my wife was giving Rosa the story of how he's been all day, she cut her off and said , "I need to hear HIS symptoms" as if the story didn't matter. Don't respect your time. Quality of care is questionable. PA's advice directly contradicted my primary care doctor. Will go elsewhere.

Their policy is to charge you a $40.00 co-pay even if you have full coverage. I walked out. I doubt that is even legal.

Literally 0 stars. Arrived for my "appointment " 15 minutes early where im told its not an appointment but a time slot? Then we wait almost over an hour to get into the exam room.....where we wait yet again for who knows how long. Arrival time 445pm.....still waiting and it's 630pm.

Physicians Immediate Care charges by the minute you are there. My son and I waited for a long time to see the nurse initially who apologized that they were short staffed. We were charged for a 40 minutes visit and met with the nurse / doctor for only 10-15 minutes. I disputed this charge and after a few attempts to see if they could reduce the bill since we waited heavily they declined. This is not an efficient operation and will never go back.

Horrible experience came to my appointment 20 min prior to my appointment to be told 20 min later that I would have to wait an other 40 min as the Physician was going on lunch. Told the front desk who was on FaceTime with her boyfriend that was just plain rude who started to scream at me with the person on face time screaming at me too. So unprofessional, I am a physician and doesn't treat my patients like this. Unacceptable behavior from the physician to the front desk.
