Came in with a cough I've had for two months and a persistent fever. They did not check my temperature, swab me for viruses, look at my throat, nothing. They instead took a chest X-ray and within 2 minutes said "looks fine" you have allergies. Knowing that I've never had allergies before I decided to go to a primary care doctor and I have a bacterial infection in my lungs that requires antibiotics. This is the worst place ever. They're trying to illegally charge patients $325 for rapid PRC tests when they should be free and covered by the insurance. They claimed that they do not accept insurance even though they are "in network" so I had to pay up front. I spoke to my insurance and they said they have covered the agreed upon price and that the clinic should be refunding the rest to me. Avoid at all costs for Covid testing. Their appointment system means nothing. Was on time for my testing appointment, sat and waited for close to an hour, inquired how much longer it would be and heard it would probably be another hour, with no guarantee. Total waste of my time. Don't offer appointments if can't stay true to them.
I called to see if there was a wait or what I needed to do to come in because I had an infection that was bleeding and I was told that it was by appointment only and that they were booked for the entire day. I was feeling really sick so I went in to ask if I could wait for any cancellations and they ended up seeing me right away. Why would the woman on the phone tell me it's by appointment only when this clinic does not require appointments? She needs retraining.
This Is the first time I'v changed a five star review to a 1 star. I took my son to get treatment from a wart and we were in there exactly 10 minutes and they put a solution on it that did not work and changed me almost 300?!? Insane. I paid the bill as I didn't want my credit ruined after they sent the bill to collections (!!) and I ended up having to take him to a dermatologist to solve the problem. I would not recommend this healthcare provider. The doctor didn't really have a great bedside manner. I felt like I wasn't heard as a patient. It was the first time where I wondered if the doctor didn't listen to me because I am a person of color. However, I don't know if that was the reasoning. The woman at the front desk is always super rude and has about 20 people sitting in the lobby when there's 1 person in the exam room. She seems super stressed out and maybe she should get a job where sick patients aren't so bothersome to herz
An hour wait in a completely empty lobby- hadn't seen a doctor, even though I made an appointment and was 20 minutes EARLY. Doc was good when she FINALLY got to me. Meanwhile, I heard the staff singing Happy Birthday and bringing out a cake so....super glad to know where their priorities are. Unless you're super concerned about your health and HAVE to go, I'd say avoid it. UPDATE: BEEN HERE 2 HOURS! And it's empty. What the heck is wrong with this place?!?!?!
They dont let you do just a covid test and make you do a whole physical and then wait around to receive results. All the other labs let you leave right after and they email the results. This place also charges excessive prices even with insurance. Go elsewhere.
