The Physicians Immediate Care website makes this place sound amazing. They claim to provide compassionate attentive affordable care and a wide range of lab tests with many done on site same-day. But that is not what was actually provided to me. They took my temperature and blood pressure and then I was able to talk to the physicians assistant. It was indicated they would run blood and urine tests. However, I wasn't able to pee on demand so the PA left for 5 minutes. By then I was ready but the doctor wanted me out of t... read more

Care was fine. However, I am now hundreds in debt due to the ignorance of the workers when speaking about services and costs. If you are a college student like myself, go somewhere that actually cares about you and doesn't make false promises. This place is ridiculous. Been back and fourth with their billing department too and you'll be lucky if you can find a single person who doesn't throw you an attitude over the phone and doesn't treat you like you're wasting their time.

I don't know the details of what occurred; however, we publish our cash pricing on our website for patients who choose not to submit to their insurance. If you filed through your insurance, you are responsible for what your insurance company determines to be "your responsibility;" this is usually a deductible or other out-of-pocket costs.

Beware of the billing/cost. It cost hundreds of dollars for a sore throat and we have insurance. I wasn't even given a statement of my charges and when I called the billing department I was given nonsense answers. Honestly the billing feels like a scam.

I just received a bill in the mail for services from a recent visit in January. In short, I experienced what seemingly appeared to be a bronchial spasm (or asthma attack). I am not asthmatic and was unclear if I'd developed asthma or was experiencing allergies. Nonetheless, my first visit was amazing. The doctor was incredibly helpful, we ran some tests, did a nebulizer, was prescribed an inhaler, all good. Amazing experience. Visited this location almost three months ago (beginning of June) for treatment of extreme pain. Doctor chose not to perform a full exam of the issue - due to said pain - and administered antibiotics. I was provided NO pain medication or follow-up advice should her treatment plan not work. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is AWFUL! I came in with what I thought was an ear infection, and they told me it was a BUG! Turns out, there was a scab, and they had been scraping the scab trying to move the "bug". The doctor had a doctor in training (I believe she was a doctor, as she was never actually introduced to me) who nearly punctured my eardrum, and only when I screamed did she stop. Waste of time and money! I know you can't expect much (it is just a prompt care) but the doctor seemed to not know what she was talking about at all and completely misdiagnosed me with something that would have cost lots of time, money, and effort to treat. When leaving, I asked what the charges would be and they said nothing unless I heard back differently from insurance. Come to find out a week later, with insurance that was accepted there, I have a charge of over $100. Give me a break!

This place is a nightmare. Poorly organized, under staffed and seemingly missing key medical supplies. The people are nice, and that is definitely the biggest strength. Twice while I was there having a procedure done, the NP mentioned that the ideal supplies were missing and she would have to "make-do". I had to advise the NP on the correct procedure, she just wanted to prescribe more anti-biotics. I've been twice and been first in line both times. Came here this morning, and won't be going back. Despite getting there as soon as it opened, I waited about 50 minutes without seeing a doctor. And it wasn't even crowded! I ended up waking out, because I needed to catch a flight. I'll be sending them a dictionary, so they understand the definition of "immediate".
