0 yes 0 it was you get for a star. I just waited 1 and 36 minutes on the phone to get a response that I was already told 1 month ago. I had a physical done for my college and was charged 60 dollars at the time of service. I received a bill back in September stating I owed another $105.00 called spoke to someone who apparently was going to take care of this. (supposedly). Well I received another bill for $105.00 I called again today was on the phone for 1 hour and 36 mins only to be told they have taken care of this charge. W... read more

Terrible that they have no efficiency or integrity re their business patient ********** may be outsourced - but thats on WellNOWThe billing ***** reputation is *********. Sad that they get away with this scam. We are contacting the United States Attorney General to file complaint.

I have to tell you. I called customer service about a bill I received that stated it was going to collections and at the same time had a statement that said I owed nothing. I called as soon as they opened according to the times on the bill. I waited for an hour and a half to have someone answer my call. By the time she answered I was already ticked off. I I asked her how many people they had working that a person who calls as soon as they were supposed to be accepting calls has to wait an hour and a half. Needless to say I g... read more

Service is nice if you can get charged correctly. I have multiple outstanding bills from 2022 and 2023 that are not correct. My insurance and I did a three way call and these were suppose to be corrected. However, when I went in last week I was told they couldnt provide me service due to my balance. A balance that shouldnt even be there. Since then I have called and been on hold twice for more than an hour and no one answers. I understand longer than normal hold times but going on closer to two hours isnt acceptable. I have ... read more

Billing department is unbelievable. I prepaid the visit for my granddaughter and now I am getting a bill saying I paid half the copay and owe the other half. It also states on their receipt that I paid my copay in full. Simultaneously on the phone with billing for 46 minutes as I am writing this. Its infuriating! The only reason Im on hold so long is because of WELLNOW errors. I have a friend who was a nurse there and all complaints are taken serious and affect employee bonuses. I visited 12/30/2023 and paid and provided my insurance, I am just now getting a statement for 9/20/24 due 10/5/24 saying I owe $350. The provided phone number does not exist, I cannot find an email to contact. I have been on Hold for over an hour, and the location in my state is now permanently closed. Not to mention a data breach I am reading about online. I fear this will tarnish my credit for a bill I do not owe for

If I could leave a negative score I would. I paid my bill and then was overcharged in the amount of $230. I was told twice that I would receive a check in the mail. I have since tried to reach billing with wait times of over 40 minutes with no luck. I have emailed them and have heard nothing as well. I am thoroughly disgusted at this point and hope to never have to use them again.

I took our daughter in to have her eye looked at. We made our co-pay at the time of the visit. I provided our insurance card (front and back). About a week later, we received a statement in the mail indicating a balance due which should have been covered by insurance. I have been on hold for hours waiting for someone to take my call. I would not recommend anyone using a WellNow Urgent Care office. Find something else.

I went on 6/9 for an injury. My insurance was in network, and I told staff I hit my maximum out of pocket and would owe nothing. I was still charged $87.78 and was told I would get a refund. They got my money... plus the insurance company paid on June 17th. Yet, I have received no refund. Initially, I kept getting ridiculous excuses. Now they won't answer calls or emails. So, WellNow, don't bother to respond with some BS response. Clearly, you do not take patient complaints seriously, or you would stay true to your word.
